I placed a order on February 15th at 10:30 to be delivered. I live in Evansville, Indiana my son's in the ICU on the ventilator with a trach and he doesn't like me to leave him, That's why I had it delivered, I waited outside the hospital for 1 hour it was cold outside they never came or called me. So I called them the next day at 310 N St Joseph Ave Evansville Indiana I spoke with Chris and explained this all to him no empathy or nice to me what so ever. He said I never ordered my order and I explained to him they even took it off my debit card. He told me I would have to repay for it again to have it delivered again. I told him I absolutely would not I said I paid for it last night and never received it and I'm not paying for it again. He would not reimburse me at all. He said there was nothing he could do for me and said he was ending the call. He was very rude and didn't offer to help me at all. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will never go to that store again.

Ordered some pizza last night around 7pm, my app automatically does contactless which is no problem usually. Last night though it’s getting to be about 8pm and there was still no knock on the door and my app still says it’s out for delivery. Just to make sure I opened the door and there they were, sitting on the cold concrete. Y’all do know that we don’t know the food was placed outside unless you knock, right? Cold pizza for the win though I guess?

I know that the food you gave me was not the food I ordered. I also know that you did this on purpose. Plusss... I also know that you did this to help me broaden my horizons and explore more than one topping on one type of pizza crust with one type of pizza sauce, because damn you're tired of making that stupid pizza.To this I say; I get it. That was well played, sir. ? That not-my-pizza was scrumdidilyumptious. Please add "Help me broaden my horizons and surprise me!" to the menu, where the only thing we can control is the size of the pie. Allergies can be noted, but we can and will deny service to anyone that we don't think we could safely accommodate.I appreciate you very much. I'll be back soon!

The Backyard BBQ Chicken Pizza was delicious! Definitely the favorite of the 4 pizzas we ordered. The food was hot, as ordered, ready on time, and the crust was better than is has been in the past; more fresh chewy breadstick vs fried dough. Made my family happy!

Got the Big New Yorker...no cheese, crust dry and hard. They are gonna refund me...or make a new one.They were apologetic and nice.Just not a good value for $16.But I will return do to the friendly staff. Being a former restaurant owner I know not everything goes as planed daily.
My order was made in less than 10 minutes. It was the perfect temperature and everything I asked for was provided. Overall amazing taste and experience.

Ordered a large pepperoni at a good price. Order was ready for pickup at time indicated. Tried the mold wings for the first time. Sauce was a little sweet, will get spicer next time.

What happened to the toppings? Corporate greed strikes again. Ordered a 3 topping pizza and there were far fewer toppings on it than there used to be. I worked at a Pizza Hut before so I know. One slice had one pepperoni, one piece of pork, and one piece of beef. The others weren’t much better.
