Ordered 1 stuffed crust BBQ chicken,1 pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, root beer, and dietPepsi. Our order was delivered at 6:43 after the eta said 6:00. Our marinara sauce was smashed into our breadsticks, our pizzas were flattened, it looks like someone sat on our food. We got 2 diet Pepsi - so no pop for the kids. The chicken on the BBQ pizza was thrown on top and fell straight off when picked up to eat and neither one were stuffed crust. We called the store 3 times and it rang for 3 minutes before we got a busy tone but no answer either time.

2 Stars is a stretch, but they were trying. The pizzas were being cooked at such a frantic rate that they were not able to pull them from the oven and box them quickly enough, equaling 4 burnt pizzas for my family get together. Couple this fact with their inability to follow simple directions (cut in squares), and I'd say I'm pretty much staying away from this store. It's a direct reflection of the leadership, or lack thereof. You can do better.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with delivery from a store they had our order messed up. We tried to get a hold of them for 45 minutes. The only way I could get in touch with someone is to make a new order And they called to confirm we wanted another order. The manager then got on the phone told us our replacement was not going to happen when I told her she was being rude that we had tried getting a hold of them for 45 minutes. She hung the phone up on me when I returned the call she answered told me to stop calling and hung up on me again.

Tonight I ordered a pizza , wings, and breadsticks around 10:50pm online. My order was predicted to arrive an hour later but I waited for way over that amount of time. Then I find my food being left on the ground and missing my two orders of wings. He left and drove off so fast I couldn’t catch him so I called the store as anyone would. Well, I call 20 times with no answer, call the other pizza huts to help(nothing), and use other peoples phone to call too because I thought maybe I was being ignored. Anyways the other pizza huts said there was nothing they could do to help us even though or food was cold, uncut, on the ground, and missing items. ALSO the stuff that was missing was the only thing I could eat due to many food allergies. So, you might not want to order from here!

Ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and cinnamon sticks and they took the money out of my account. I was given a delivery time. That time came and went. I called several times. No response, and after an hour and a half I got an answer was told delivery driver should be pulling up. A half hour later still no pizza, money was gone out of my account I called and said I wanted a refund and was told they never finalized order. Shady, shady!!! Worst customer service, worst business practice, plus they are liars. By the way it looks, this is pizza hat's practice on 1st Avenue. I would not recommend ordering online or directly. And when I called back up there they said we'll 2 orders were being delivered to that apartment complex. That was another lie, because they said the order we placed was not finalized. But NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL AND SAY THIS.NO ONE SAID WE WILL MAKE A REPLACEMENT ORDER. NOTHING! AND I SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The restaurant was on 1st Avenue I did not get a receipt because the order was made over the phone but it was $28 plus change plus a $5 delivery charge plus $5 tip. But like I said never got the food was never even asked if they could replace the order, but they took the money out of the account
I placed an order at 4:00PM with delivery scheduled for 6:45PM. That time came and went with no delivery, and the order tracker on the website changed the estimated delivery time to 7:55. I tried calling the store multiple times (17 total) and never got anyone to pick up the phone. Finally an in-store called me to ask if I had cancelled my order, which I had not. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and sat on hold for 20 minutes before the line disconnected. Finally, at nearly 9:00PM, 5 hours after I placed the order, I drove to the store to find out what was going on and to get my money refunded. I didn't get an explanation of what happened, or so much as a coupon. Just an oops, sorry. I can't say I'm impressed.
UPDATE: After playing phone tag for a while I ended up having to drive to the store, again, to get my money refunded. They gave me cash, which was fine, but I don't understand why they couldn't just refund it to my debit card over the phone.
I sent my contact info and order number to the email address they provided, as instructed below, but it's been a week and I haven't received a response.

Very disappointed in my order tonight. Ordered wings and fries. My delivery was an hour late went to the store because it said it had been delivered and I had not received it yet. Lady called the delivery driver and she said she was pulling up. Went home waited another 10-15 minutes before it was delivered at this time it’s now 1:20 minutes late. Then had to walk all the way down my road to the neighbors to get my order. My food was extremely cold, soggy and uneatable.
