Love love love! I come here every time I’m visiting family. I live in Oklahoma now and everyone thinks a Stromboli is a calzone ? the Strombolis here can’t be beat and I’m pretty much addicted. This location is great ❤️

Ordered a works pizza and received a plain cheese. Called and sent picture of the pizza to manager and was told I would be given a credit for a replacement pizza. Just called and there was no credit given. Very disappointed in service and quality of pizza has went down as well. Very disappointed

Lost a returning customer over $2. Ordered a 16" 1 topping online. It did not let me select toppings and only provided "special request" field. This is where I put "Crumble sausage topping". When the pizza arrived it was only cheese. I called to say my pizza was not made correctly. They said it was put in wrong, but then they told me "the 16" options are messed up, you're not the only one to complain about this". I asked what the price difference would have been if put in correctly she said $2-3. I then wondered why they did not contact me if it was not put in correctly, and they said it was at their discretion, but the pizza was already made before seeing that. I was supposed to be contacted for at least a coupon for free pizza but no one ever contacted me. Also I asked for a refund but they said I would have to contact DoorDash, but I didn't order through DoorDash. They are deciding to use DoorDash for their delivery service. I don't have a DoorDash account or anyway to associate this order with an account if I made one except through my phone number.. I don't feel like they tried to make it right... over $2...

When a customer calls, you don’t get to put them on hold for ten minutes or even 3 for that matter lmao, hire new people!!!

Pizza would have been an 8.5/10 if they put more red sauce! Would def try again. Being from the Northeast, Evansville has disappointed me with the pizza but there is hope here. Oh and they didn’t make a big deal about making it pie cut like everyone else does.

I used the preferred online order method. They charged me a dollar to use it, added a 20% tip and it never gave me the final price when I used Apple Pay. Nice.

Some older lady came into the Tip and Toe nail salon and spoke so poorly to the workers & customers about one vehicle parked in their parking lot. I am astounded by how rude and condescending your worker was. She caused a scene grabbing the attention of everyone in the room. I know that we were thinking of having strombs after our pedicures today but you lost our business and I’m sure along with others in the room. You should truly be embarrassed by your employees behavior. It was notrotious and bad business.
