They moved from their old location and it was so roomy and the stromboli was delicious.

The new location has changed what we know as a Pizza King stromboli and Texas BBQs! They assume you know they switched to a convection oven since they moved as I was so rudely told on the phone when I called about my meat being crunchy on the strom and Texas bbq (almost burnt) and my stromboli dry (and I always order extra cheese, extra sauce). If people haven't been to the new location or are from out of town we will not know of this switch which changed your product....to burnt and dry!

I will not return. It's now awful and a waste of money. So disappointing.

The cashier at pickup was nice, not sure if that's the same one that answered when I called back.

I'm a regular customer and have been for almost 30yrs.Ive watched staff come and go, I've watched change of ownership and I've watched the relocation... I've seen it all rude employees and some of the very best individual's who I now call friends..
There's a young lady that work's mostly night's,we call her our hippie and she's not just beautiful on the inside, but on the out..Her name is Valerie and she's everything a person wants to get outta a pizzaria experience.. She's always ready to help with a smile and kind word's..She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home with good friends and food..She has such a warm kind soul and makes one kick-ass Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich...You will leave satisfied EVERYTIME..Not sure what her actual title is,but if you asked me Pizza King St.Joe Ave is her store...That young lady needs a raise and more recantation..Thank you for being wonderful we love you sister 💚💚

The strom was good but the cheesy bread was a joke. I paid like $8 for a 6 inch piece of bread with cheese. They charged me 1.75 for tomato sauce that I didn't get. Not in a rush to go back at all. The parking lot is very small.

Got two stroms, they were ok, but the bread was smaller and wasn’t the same bread as I have had in the past. The bottom of the sandwich used to have a little crunch and chewy. That was not what I received tonight.
I’ll try again but if this is the way it is now, I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Very uninviting atmosphere, no alcohol, very limited soda and chip selection, sandwich was so/so. No fountain drinks! Was clean, didn't use facilities, noisy dining area kids seem to enjoy the train that runs around the dining area.

The new location is clean, the workers have been friendly and the stroms are the best in town. Did I also mention that the prices are exceptionally reasonable for today’s inflationary times.

Called for a take out order, put on hold for over 10 minutes, called back and was told they knew I was on hold, and just wait, told the lady that I had been on hold for over ten minutes and she got very nasty with me.I told her I would t want to inconvenience her or make her night worse and hung up

Called minor an order quoted 1.5 hours for a pick up Stromboli’s…. Said bye.

Trying to call tonight to get a carry out order…. No one is answering.

1. Parking is ridiculous. Who designed the lot to be behind the building to where you have to walk all the way around to get to a door? Terrible. The front “lot” is practically useless.

2. Seating is awful. Those cheap narrow metal chairs are horrible to sit on. You had decent chairs at the old location. Why did you get rid of them?

3. No fountain drinks. This is beyond stupid. Fountain drinks taste far better than plastic bottles and they are much higher profit margin for a business so why would you choose something you make less money on that tastes worse to the customers? You had fountain drinks, why not move them over? Plenty of room for them. So dumb.

4. The strom was dry. Far less sauce than they used to put on.

You managed to ruin one of the best places in town. I won’t be back.

Went to the new Pizza King on on west side last night. It was a circus, We ordered, there was nine of us. They didn't take our coupons, not set up to take coupons yet. Ordered root beer, no root beer,so we got bottles of coke and they were already warm. Hot by the time we got food. One of the couples got a liter of something and asked for ice. We'll, no ice to be had..Nothing like hot drinks when eating storms are pizza. The old place had better seating and it's like your on a picnic with metal chairs and table. The storms were still alright 👍 not like they use to be. One time they are burnt and the next not cooked all the way. Really disappointed in the new place. Maybe they will work things out .
