Im from Bloomington ok and we don't have a Popeyes anywhere around here. I come here because I was in town and got a 8 piece chicken. Why when I get home there's 5 legs in the box out of 8. Two thighs and a breast. Now come on. I understand a few legs but when my 8 piece meal comes with 5 legs for 30 dollars I think that's a little ridiculous. I see why they keep getting bad reviews. But I do give them credit for good service. Shout out to the man that was nice and kind.

Went and got a chicken sandwich it was so good I instantly climaxed in my pants 10 out of 10 the best ever the cook named Black Mike deserves a raise he is the best I will not eat there unless he is working he is the heartbeat that's keeps that place going 5 years and going strong he knows what he is doing and I love it when he drops me fresh ghost peppers wings Black Mike if you see this I Love you ?
Ps everyone else step your game up and he is the only person who keeps the fryers clean 100 percent

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant EVER!! We just order food and had a fly in our chicken sandwich. Not only was it in the sandwich it was under the pickle like it was put there on purpose! Would not recommend this Popeyes.

I was scared when I showed up and there were NO cars in the lot. I know why, it was by far the worst chicken I ever bought !! Needless to say it went on the trash, wasted money!!

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal. The big box online says 6 dollars for 3 chicken and 2 sides. I got charged 12 dollars for 3 chicken, 1 side and a drink. I had already left when I opened the bag and saw that they gave me two chicken legs and not 3 tenders.

The manager was outside smoking kinda my pot with one of his employees my seven year old was in the car and the smoke blew in the window they're lucky it didn't get violent

OMG‼️ I placed a drive thru pick up order online get to the drive thru this lady in front of me ordered half the menu literally. So, I finally get my chance I give them my online order number pull around and of course the lady that ordered the left side of the menu was still at the window. Do you know they never asked her to pull up so I had to wait almost 30 minutes behind this lady due to cars being behind me‼️.... This place parked me for one chicken meal but she ordered all this food and literally blocked the whole drive thru.... Beyond pissed is an understatement. I'm done with this Popeyes. Newburgh and the East side would never. I had the nerve to give them another try 10/04/24. I ordered a two piece white meal get to the window and pay. They then tell me they have no breast only wings I'm like ok I'll take extra wings do you know they only gave me two wings. I'm like do you know the size of a breast? The manager says I can only give you a wing in place of the breast needles to say I got a refund and I will never ever ever go to this Popeyes again.

Not a great place to go after 6 pm. Staff has been very rude at times. Ex: I placed an online order at 6 PM to pick it up at 7:15pm. They close at 9 PM and stuck a sign on the door saying they're closing at 8pm. I arrived at 7:15 PM. I did not receive my food until 7:50pm having to look like a karen arguing because they stated they would not make my food for an online order. I will not be back and hope that others read this, so they can have their expectations met and known before they walk in or order online.
