QDOBA Mexican Eats

After seeing a “free queso when we score 3+ goals” advertisement at Sunday’s (2/16) Thunderbolts hockey game, I went into the store to redeem my ticket as instructed. The cashier knew nothing about the promotion and refused to honor it, instead offering only a 10% discount. This is straight up dishonest advertising. The cashier also kept my ticket despite asking for it back and not honoring the promotion.

Took my seven-year-old daughter to eat there for the first time she was a bit skeptical but now she says it’s her favorite place so Score!!

Asked for less rice on burritos and they piled it on. Meat had no flavor and burritos were cold!

I just ordered QDoba from the app and it’s like a vegetarian burrito. Absolutely 0 meat.

They have newer employees there who like doesn’t know what you’re doing. At this rate it’s gonna be the next chipotle crisis . I ordered a grilled chicken burrito not a skimpy burrito .

We love Qdoba and are frequent customers. Today, we were very disappointed. We got a side of chips and queso and there were just a handful of chips in the bag. 1/4 of the bag was full. Being this inconsistent is bad business especially when the customer pays and barely gets what they paid for.

If the app would work most of the time, I'd give it 5 stars.
Head-to-head competition with Chipotle, this place wins on almost every level. I'm always in disbelief how folks seem to think Chipotle is better than Qdoba. Especially with Chipotle's history of health violations.

Qdoba has more options and better tasting food at a better price.

They just need to get that app working consistently.

Food is always amazing, wide selection in what I call "cafeteria" style dining. Everything looks and tastes so good. Lots of the meats are freshly cooked, the Pico-de-gallo is hand made daily. Everything is delicious!

We use to love eating here, but now the portion sizes of the burrito bowls is significantly smaller. We paid $25 for 2 bowls that were barely half filled and a drink. Not sure if this is their new portions or the person making the bowl .

The air conditioning was super cold. I went with my children and the food could not be enjoyed due to the cold temperature. Think about customers for next time.
