Would give zero. Food was good as normal, BUT we went in and ordered at 7:45pm. We asked the two guys behind the counter when they closed and they said 9. We proceeded to order our food, and moved to check out. In the middle of checking out a random girl came from no where and said you’re taking this to go. I said we were going to eat here, she said no we close in 4 minutes (8pm). I said they said 9 so I guess we will then. Keep in mind all signage and online says they close at 9. She then started rudely looking at me and proceeded to put lids on all of our things. I don’t know who she was, but customer service is not where she needs to be. Won’t be back due to her.

I drove 20 minutes into town to get my $120 order, get in the car and drive home, only to see that I am missing two of my items. I called and, after some arguing, drove the 20 minutes back to get the rest of my order. I did not even receive a refund for my two items. Rest assured I will not be coming back.

I used to really love this location, however over the last few weeks the quality of steak has gone from delicious to nearly inedible. I thought this was a one time occurrence, so I gave it another chance, and another chance. The last 3 times I’ve thrown my bowl away because it’s not worth eating it’s that gross. Very disappointing, I used to eat here once a week, but I won’t be back after this. What a waste of money.

I'm here shortly after lunch rush and the restaurant is super clean. The two ladies behind the counter are super friendly and very interactive. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. This was my first visit and I'll be coming back!

Everything was fine till I got to pay. The older lady like other reviewers have called her, was at the register. One of the employees called her Boss Lady, that might be the case, she gave me the lowest amount of chips I have ever got at this location. I guess she is saving money this way, but if I don’t come back, what did she gain. That is the reason for 4 stars, every thing else was good!

Service was slow but they were training new employees, so understandable. However, when I sat to eat I kept smelling sewer. Then an employee came over and cleaned the table next to me with a dirty smelling cloth. I lost my appetite entirely and had to leave.

I’ll tell you what. I’ve been going to this place for a while. I love it. Best burrito in town. Just recently they hired and older woman and she is very picky with the portions. I can with my friend and my burrito was half his size with the same Ingredients. I couldn’t tell if she gave me my queso I ordered or not. Very unhappy with this trip today
If I could give 10 stars to the service category, i would. Good food, great people. I couldn't recommend this place more

The front desk worker was being very stingy with her portions. Do not recommend going if she is there. Anyone else working is phenomenal. I would also like to say that I appreciate the company giving feedback to the consumers, so I take back my old review. I’ve been coming here since it opened and never had a complaint until then but I love this establishment.

Nice place, updated. The restrooms were clean. They have some tvs to watch a game. No issues with food or ordering. They seemed a little low staffed when we were there, but they stayed on top of it the best they could. Thanks

We had an online order on May 30 in the evening. The food tasted good but as we were halfway through our bowls one of us found 2 hairs embedded in the bowl that didn’t match anyone in the house. We expect better out of a $15.00 meal.
