They have a new automated order machine that asked for our order, and as soon as we started to give the order it told us to hold on while it got a person. We waited for 6 minutes before the machine started over asking us our order. As we gave it part of our order, it then started asking if we wanted different things before we could even complete it. It asked, one by one if we wanted 5 different things that we had to say no to each time, before we could continue with actually making our order. Machine automation shouldn't be used in the public service industry. On top of that, everything took forever even with the place being less busy than usual. Shouldn't take 30 minutes for fast food.

So my husband is a construction worker working in hwy 41 he went to go get some lunch at Rally’s and couldn’t take his big truck through the drive through. The person working there would not serve him because he was not in a vehicle they said there were not taking walk ups he said he has no choice he can’t take his big truck through the drive through they were very rude and would not serve him. This place is not worth the time!

The night crew at this location is the best. Always genuinely happy to help with an authentic smile. They go above and beyond! I HIGHLY recommend night dining at this Rally Hot Spot this summer!!Parking: Large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and there are outside pick neck table w umbrellas.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, walk up is wheelchair accessable.

It's so hard to find good mozzarella sticks, but the one's at Rally's are great!! I'm also hooked on the mushroom Swiss burger, it's delicious!!

My son set up an interview through indeed for this location, he showed up 15 minutes early. He called to be let in and was told they're not hiring and they were not doing any interviews(By a very rude woman.) So I called to inform the manager of indeed setting up interviews for their location and talked with a very rude woman (assuming the same lady) who said no one even showed up there for an interview. I informed her that he indeed was there but was told that they were not hiring and was not doing interviews (exactly what she was saying to me!). She told me to have him apply for another location. I know that literally every fast food place including this location has had staffing issues since COVID! We've contacted corporate, but doubtful they will do anything so I thought the public should know how they conduct business at this location. Their loss, my son is a hard worker and has open availability because he graduated early this school year.
