The late night manager is pretty rude. I did not receive 2 of my items. When i came back up for them, I explain my 2nd loaded fries & apple pie was not in the bag. I showed her my receipt, she looked at me as though I was a lying idiot. I showed her receipt, she looked over it still with RBF, yelled at employee that they forgot to make the 2nd fry, they handed it out the door & still didnt bother to address the apple. Apply to corporate, no response. Spend money elsewhere. Apparently they are MORE than human, and incapable of mistakes. If u cant give the food, return the money. I dont care how much it is. I didnt ask u for free food, dont take money from me like its free!
Every now and then I just need Rally’s fries. They are crispy and soft at the same time somehow. They manage to be different in a field that is very difficult to stand out in. We pulled up and the kindest man working the window helped us. I was having trouble with the app and he patiently waited and calmed my nerves. There were three men working that day and all three of them spoke to me or helped me. When I got my pretzel burger and fries I was overwhelmed because I could tell they had dropped new fries and as special as I would like to think that I am I believe those men would have treated any person the same way. In a world full of races it sure did feel good to be a part of a rally that day, well done!

I went there tonight that's pretty late I understand but still. hello every night almost every night and I ask for tonight I asked for a Cherry Coke light ice. I get my drink and it's like light to drink but no light ice like you didn't even feel the drink up so really defeats the purpose of having light eyes if I have like majority of the drink missing. there's like 4 in of not cherry Coke in the cup. granted I did just ask for light ice I didn't even get light ice so that kind of defeats the purpose of having light ice anyways so I'm just hella confused right now.

THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY DRINK A SHOT BLACK 4c COURSE TEXTURED HAIR FROM THE BLACK MAN WITH DREADS THAT WORKS UP THERE WHO WASNT WEARING GLOVES OR A HAIR NET AT 11:29pm ON 10/30/25 WE CALLED UP THERE BECAUSE I GOT SICK AND WAS THROWING UP AND THEY LIED AND SAID THE MAN WASNT UP THERE AND HAD GOT IN THERE A FEW MINUTES AGO THEY LIED TO US AND TRIED TO CALL US LIARS. WE CALLED TWICE AND THEY HUNG UP BOTH TIMES. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! WILL NEVER BE EATING AT THIS TRIFLING ENVIRONMENT AGAIN THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!
