Had and awesome experience here. Janine the GM that was filling in from the Owensboro KY was so freaking nice I love her! She was not only nice but gave us great food! Had an amazing experience here! Love her! Much better experience I had than I did with the actual GM for the store. I think she should be transferred her to this rally’s on Morgan ave!!!

Thanks to Tiffany and the great staff at Rally’s for making our night! After having a long wait at Denny’s and then getting thrown out of the lobby at Taco Bell we found Rally’s and we were greeted with Tiffany’s radiant attitude. Her and her team went above and beyond to make us completely fresh food for our order and making sure we had absolutely everything before we left. Went through the drive thru made my order pulled up to the window where we meet Krystal who was kind and greeted us with a smile. We got our food pretty fast and wished us a good rest of our day. We will keep coming back here we love the way we are greeted and fast delivery of our food.

I visit store 4162 once a week every week for lunch. Food is always top notch and all of the employees are very nice and polite. I plan to keep visiting this location. Fries are the best in town.

The gentleman that was working the drive thru was extremely nice. Had my dog with me and he was given some bacon for a treat. The gentleman had a great personality. I would drive out of my way to go to this Rally's for his great customer service. I sorry did not get the name of this gentleman.

Can't get waited on. employees are rude. Delivery and app orders have to use left side of drive-thru meaning driver has to get out of car to picked up orders. don't care for the store
