Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food is good service is good. The problem I have is there is a tablet on the table with games. My son started playing i and they charged 2.99. No where on there did it say it costs money. He could have just played on his phone. That is very irritating so beware of that☹️

When we got there seemed nice. Server was wonderful and was very informative of our questions. Neither my son or myself has ever been to a red Robin and wanted to try it out. Our food was served promptly and looked good however the fries were cold and the burger had no flavor. Had to use ketchup to give flavor to the fries and burger. The only reason we stayed was because we were hungry. Spent 50 dollars on 2 burgers fries and a drink for 2 people. The atmosphere was fine. Had sports shows playing on the TV.

We go her often because the service is wonderful. The food is very hot or miss, though. Sometimes it's amazing...sometimes not so much.

This is the 1st time I have been to Red Robin

It's a burger. Not much to be excited about. My peach lemonade had no peach taste. Over $55 for 2 burgers 2 non alcoholic drinks and tip was kind of pricey IMO.

Food is good. Burgers are good and fries too - love the bottomless option. Our kids like the atmosphere too. We go every once in a while and will continue.

We we're told a 15 minute wait while more than half the restaurant was empty. Waited longer than 15 minutes before leaving. Nobody was even at the bar to get a drink while waiting. Ended up going to Bubba's right next door (food was great). Seated immediately and the entire restaurant was full. Red Robin should be ashamed.

My husband and I were traveling through Evansville with our children over the weekend and we decided to stop in and grab a bite to eat. We were placed at a booth and quickly greeting by our server, Alisha. She did a fantastic job of taking care of us and making sure our first trip to Red Robin will not be our last! I was honestly surprised how good the service was considering she was extremely busy. It appeared she had 5-6 tables and was also making shakes for the other servers. That girl didn’t stop moving the whole hour we were there! Im not sure who the manager is there, but they should be very happy with the staff they have! Our burgers were amazing as well. 10/10 visit and we would gladly return. Thank you, Alisha, for working so hard and giving A+ service. You are appreciated.

My little Brother saw an add about their special double cheese burger, bottomless fries and drink for $9.99.

so we met up at 11 am on Wednesday, Sept. 17. Restaurant was clean, and there was one waitress at that time. She did a fine job of keeping us loaded with drinks, and steak fries refills, as you only get a few fries at a time.

I asked her if they do Grilled Onions, and she said yes. So I got my double with pickles and grilled onions.

The fries are excellent, and the double cheeseburger is ok. Nothing wrong with it, but when you try burgers at just about every restaurant around, you find your favorites.

So, when the bill arrived, the waitress did not say anything about grilled onions would be an extra charge. Odd, I gave up the tomato, lettuce, and what ever else for grilled onions, and they still charge an extra 99 cents.

Well, if the cook had actually put some grilled onions on my burger, it would not be so bad. You look at the pic, and would u be upset if you only got 4 pieces of an onion???

Geez, the cook acts as if he, or she, has to actually pay for the onions!!! 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆

I have attached a pic of the burger I made, as i really needed a Real burger after this somewhat disappointment.

You judge, and am i wrong about the 4 onion bits? Would you prefer me to be your chef??

If I was the manager, or even a corporate employee, I would be embarrassed to have sent this burger out with 4 onion bits for 99 cents.

As you can tell with my huge burger, I like grilled onions, and I even had Jalapeños to spice things up...

The food was good. I ordered a meal for $9.99 hamburger, fries, and a drink. They were really good. I tried zucchini fries as an appetizer. These were so yummy. My husband, who doesn't eat veggies very well actually liked them. The service was a bit slow but our waitress was very nice. It has been several years since our last visit. I would go back again.

The burgers were absolutely fantastic! My only issue is that my side of steak fries was a total of 8 - 10 fries on 3 separate meals.

Not very busy, got seated right away, waitress was very pleasant, brought our drinks right away and got appetizer fast. Order mozzarella sticks which were very good and get a lot of them. We got our meal rather quickly and was very good.
