We loved coming in and seeing the kitties, but unfortunately most of the staff in there is RUDE. An older woman didn't know how to interact with my 6 year old at all, even though she was perfectly polite to the adults in the room. Keep in mind, my son was perfectly well behaved and respected all of the rules. When I told them on our way out, Tyler (I'm assuming a manager bc his tall stinky attitude has been employed there for years) didn't even look up from his phone and just muttered "yeah we'll keep an eye on that". Completely dismissive. The younger girl was sweet and helpful (I didn't catch her name) but the other staff needs a lesson or two. I've worked in customer service for years if they need someone to come show them how to treat patrons! It's clear they need help.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Place is very cleanly and the cats are so happy and playful. Boyfriend adopted his new best friend from here and VHS offered lots of services to further her care which is just incredible. The merch in here is so cute and the food was pretty yummy. A little overpriced but worth it for the cats! The price to hangout with the cats however is perfectly reasonable and worth it! Such a fun wonderful place I’ve recommended it to everyone i know thank you 💖

It’s a lovely place. The cats well cared for. Stopped there with my mom on vacation because we were missing our kitties. So we had a little playtime and petting, got an iced coffee and some macarons, and bought a shirt. Was happy to support them.

I mean, what’s not to love about treating yourself to coffee and a serotonin fix from admiring adorable cats? I’ll admit, I usually come here for the yummy macarons and cat watching, but I recently ordered an Americano and it was great! You can pay to go in and play with the cats or simply admire from the cafe tables🐈⬛❤️

A very cute cafe with good coffee. However the cats are in a small enclosed area and charge per half hour to be in the area with them. I had expected the cats to free roam and be able to play with them with purchase. Good cause was just a little disappointed.

love the cats and cat room is definitely worth it. unfortunately this visit our coffee was not very good. i got a raspberry mocha which had mocha sauce just sitting at the bottom not mixed into the coffee, and the espresso had a burnt flavor. very sad considering i’ve had good coffee here before.
