Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Place is very cleanly and the cats are so happy and playful. Boyfriend adopted his new best friend from here and VHS offered lots of services to further her care which is just incredible. The merch in here is so cute and the food was pretty yummy. It’s a lovely place. The cats well cared for. Stopped there with my mom on vacation because we were missing our kitties. So we had a little playtime and petting, got an iced coffee and some macarons, and bought a shirt. Was happy to support them.
