Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

I was the first customer of the day, right at 10:30AM. I sat in the drive-through for probably 3-5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. The person who answered sounded annoyed. Obviously, I don't know them, so that could just be how they talk, even in a good mood. I ordered ground beef nachos and a ground beef burrito for lunch for my wife and myself. When I pulled around, they opened the window within about 90 seconds and immediately handed me my food. Another person then rushed to the window to ask for payment. About 2 minutes after starting to eat, my wife noted that her nachos were somewhat cold and that the ground beef looked raw. See attached pictures.

Great place to eat. Pretty comparable to Chipotle. Will have to say, i like the food here better. The food had a bit more flavor and taste. Enjoyed the dine in experience. Will also say the the food is worth the price you pay. Will be dining here again.

Tried to pick up an order for delivery right at close but they didn't bother making it. The order was received at 8:50. I was there at 8:58pm he front door was locked , I went through the drive to the window where a young man opens it. I asked if there was as order and he said no.

Very friendly staff and atmosphere! All of the food was extremely fresh. Each staff member was very knowledgeable about the different food items, their spice level and what ingredients were in the salsas due to my food allergies. I ordered a steak quesorito and added chips, queso and a drink for under $20 and have plenty food leftover!

Worst Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. The chips are good, but the rest of the food has no flavor and it’s luke warm. Won’t make that mistake again.

This place is like what chipole used to be. It is great.

Kid-friendliness: My 4 y.o son was with us, and the guy behind the counter saw he was on the verge of a meltdown (we fed him late), and was very nice and helped distract him from the fact that he was hungry. Thanks!

I really like this establishment as I love the Steak Burrito Bowl. Place is always clean and staff is pleasant. Food is always good and fresh. The only problem I have ever had was an employee switched up the unsweet and sweet tea containers. Once I realized my drink was sweet, as I needed unsweet, it was too late. I am a type one diabetic and I drank a full glass of sweet tea. I only knew it was the wrong one whenever the manager came out and exchanged them. She fixed it but it was too late for me. My blood sugar went up over 500. Besides this mix up, everything has been very good service. It was an accident. I was upset but anyone can make a mistake. It is just unfortunate for me. I will go back but I will not get the tea. I do recommend this restaurant. Prices are reasonable, chips and salsa is also awesome. Have fun if you go.

This place was AWESOME, food tasted great, service was great, and for a restaurant the place was actually clean, one minus was the middle aged gentlemen behind the counter with grey hair and a beer belly, he was kind of annoying and getting on my nerve.

drove all the way over 30 mins after checking google hours, pulled up they were closed , the door said drive thru was open till 11. as we proceeded to the drive thru area, the girl working stated they were closed even though hours posted on the door was 11 pm. she then stated after we asked about the hours on the door that they are covid hours, hmmm well next just wondering how that even makes sense, we drove away starving, lied to and then had to proceed to find a place to eat. now I get your closed early but to blanton lie about it and be condescending as if we are to true believe that covid hours on the door two years later represents this store to be closed.. hmm again, wondering why you would have such employees work and turn away business as we would have spent at least $60/$70 for our dinner… a place that was recommended now out of the books due to the behavior of the management..
