Just the right place to go when you feel like some biscuits and gravy.
Horrible experience. We came in to be seated and the restaurant was half full. 4 tables were reserved. The waitress sat us at a table. Another women came and told us that the table was reserved and that we would have to sit at another table over there, but did not tell us what table just that we needed to sit at some table with other people. I told her she would have to

food not good, one very rude waitress, infested with flies.
Good people with good prices and good food. Can't get anymore American than this. Have to try it if your in the area. Nothing fancy, just kind of like going to Grandma's for lunch.
I had a few family members tell me Savannah’s was, “Evansville’s best kept secret”. I think that statement is a stretch. The prices are very reasonable here and the staff members were very friendly. The food itself wasn’t anything special, (see attached photo’s). My biggest complaint is the parking. They have a small attached lot but it was full and I had to park a block away which was fine by me, but anyone with mobility concerns this could easily be a problem. I am glade to give them a visit, but I won’t be in a big hurry to go back.
This is Evansville's best kept secret. This isn't a fancy place, but just good food. I was meeting some friends for breakfast on a Monday at 8:30. It was evident by the packed parking lot and people leaving that we had missed the rush. We were seated immediately and the server was right there to take our drink order. Their coffee was one of the best I've had out. I ordered a veggie omelette but didn't want the normal sides of toast and potatoes. I ordered just the one pancake. The omelette was just a bit cooked too long, but it was still good. The pancake was soft and fluffy inside and even better when I added syrup! my friends found their meals tasty. I was surprised when I got my bill that they didn't charge me for the pancake. The server said that the owner/cook just likes to make people happy and was very flexible on the sides. The prices are really reasonable. I'll be back!
Very good food at a very reasonable price.

my advice steer clear of this place as far away as possible 1st wasn't noticed by wait staff, had to tell someone we needed some service , 2 cold & torn up waffles , not made like ordered, 3 cook staff was w/in hearing range & was saying bad stuff about us ,4 had to ask for coffee refills , 5 didn't get full order , 6 server was rude even tho all of that occurred she didn't like i said to my b-fast companion to not leave her a tip all in all on a scale of 1-5 i give it a minus 1,000
Prices are very reasonable. Like stepping back in time 20 years.

Good food, small hometown feel.
Excellent place to eat... Staff very friendly and helpful... Food is very good and when I got the bill, I asked if they made a mistake cause it was less then 20 bucks for us to have breakfast...
My only recommendation is bigger biscuits...lol...
Parking: Small place so parking is as expected for small areas.. Just go eat there and see for yourself....
