I sent a message more than 2 weeks before Valentine’s Day to ask about a charcuterie bouquet. Was told that would be available. A few back and forths later, I had my order in and had arranged for a 2:00 pick up. Communication has been dismal. Then today, I get a message 20 minutes before pick up time that she’s behind and asked if I could come later. Due to a meeting, I told her I’d come at 4. She said it would be ready.It’s now almost 5:00 and I’m still waiting.I do understand being busy and shorthanded, and I’ve been patient and accommodating. But now she’s affecting my dinner plans and won’t respond when I ask how much longer it will be.

Loved this place, however not a fan of the fact that their computers were down the day we visited. This caused them to have us write down our info to email us an invoice. That would’ve been fine had they sent it promptly. They sent it DAYS later. It was not promptly paid at this point because well life. They sent a threatening & passive aggressive text a week after visit date saying if we didn’t pay it asap they would find our place of employment and come collect the money. $45. I lost all respect for the people who run this establishment, as this is not the correct way to confront someone for payment. The invoice will be paid. We are not people who are out to steal anything from anyone or any small business. I must warn you, do not visit if their computers are down.

I always tried to come here when I'm on the westside. Came on 11/1 and even though there were a ton of people inside the doors were locked and I couldn't get food. Came again the next day on 11/2 at lunch time and no one was there. No sign on the door or anything. Not sure why you guys decided you don't want my money but I get the hint.

Nice little sub shop off Franklin. I think they're open 11-4 M-Sa right now. Inside was nice and clean (including the restroom), the staff was super great. They led us through the process and made recommendations. They serve Boar's Head meats here. I got their house special- the Siciliano. Plenty of meat plus extras made it an above average sandwich. The large is bigger than a 12" Subway. I'd compare it as close to a Jimmy Johns gigantor. The bread was good and the serving size was right. I'm willing to pay a little more for a local shop. They have interesting chips and drinks to go with it. There is not a ton of seating space but you can get a few people inside. The subs came out pretty quickly. When I'm back next time I'll try some customization.

My friends and I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago, and when I say this was the best sandwich place I’ve ever been to, I mean it. I got the Siciliano Sub and I regret not getting a dozen more to take home. You can tell they put their time and effort into their food because it is absolutely to die for. If you’re looking for a sub place (that is also very reasonably priced given the perfection of the product) then this is the place for you. Will be back 110%!!!

Enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant and definitely loved the food. We have had the Godfather, the Nona, and the Ham subs, with all different variations of veggies and toppings. Delicious every bite! This was our 2nd visit and there will be many more to come. Siciliano Subs Satisfies your hunger ?
Every charcuterie board I have gotten has been beyond my expectations! They are so easy to work with and the staff are lovely. It was windy today when I picked up my board and they even offered to carry to my car for me. All the small touches to the board really make this a conversation piece for a party. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Solano’s subs are the best!The muffaletta is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend having it during Mardi Gras celebrations.

This place COULD be awesome. I like the small business feel of the place.The problem we had was the portion. WHERE'S THE MEAT?!? I had the Godfather and wife had the Cuban.The taste was good on her cuban but it was just mustard and pickles, the meat and cheese were unfindable. I like my Cuban pressed flat but this had so little meat and cheese it was about a ¼ inch thick. My Godfather was the same, I opened the sandwich and it was very thin sliced meat and cheese, one single layer that was so thin you couldn't taste anything but bread. For $30 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks I was expecting a sandwich like pictured on the reviews, meat on it.Disappointing experience, as I said could be good if they put some protein on it. Flavors were good but all I tasted was the veggies and sauce on both sandwiches.Didn't take any pictures but the place is a cool small hole in the wall. Just need to make sure quality control is a little better, $13 for my sandwich and it had less than 3 ounces of meat and cheese total on a footlong.Vegetarian options: If you don't want meat or cheese, this place is great. Not a sandwich shop if you want meat on it.

The staff are so detail oriented, communicative/flexible, and dedicated to giving you the best possible result. Highly recommend!!
