Worst fast food place! Half the time you can’t get anyone to answer and then when we get told they aren’t taking anyone’s orders in the stalls across the parking lot because “it’s raining and he didn’t bring a jacket” after we had to go to 4 different stalls just to get someone to answer

Very disappointing visit at this location this evening. My Sons Sonic blast was basically vanilla ice cream with a few chocolate chips on it. He ordered a chocolate brownie blast, it was not blended. Cherry limeade was not easy ice it was spilt all over the cup when received it. We visit several different locations in our area, just not very happy this visit.

I placed a door dash at this location, it took over 30 minutes for the food to be ready (literally only ordered 4 mozerella sticks and a drink.) Then, they didn't even put cheese in the mozerella sticks???

So sad what this place has become, it was around 4:50pm, I was waiting for over 10 minutes before I left, multiple employees laughing and smoking weêd in the back. Lost a customer and $45 today.

I get Sonic every morning before work and today the app, which is always frustrating to use, decided to update the store list in the middle of me selecting it so I ended up ordering from your covert ave location instead of my usual one by my work. So I bite the bullet and just drive there to pick up my food. Big mistake. I got 2 super sonic breakfast burritos as usual and they were AWEFUL. Definitely not the correct amount of eggs. The tater tots in the burrito tasted like the fryer grease needed to be changed LAST WEEK. And the tomatoes were nasty and turning. I forced myself to eat one because I was hungry and already spent the money. I tried to eat the second but had to spit it out on the first bite for risk of throwing it back up. It was disgusting. I was so frustrated not having a decent breakfast I just spent more money ordering another burrito from my usual location on burkhart. NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. this burrito is large, fresh, doesn't taste like sour vegetables and old grease. Seeing these 2 next to each other, it's clear the staff at the covert ave location don't take care of their facility and equipment, aren't attentive to the quality of their ingredients, and lazily slap together whatever they're making without any care for proper proportion sizes. Definitely not going back to this location.

Take more than 15 minutes sometimes to serve a slushy when there are no more than 4 customers there. 98% of the interactions when ordering are rude.

This might be the worst fast food restaurant in Evansville. I'm fully convinced they take one order, and prepare and deliver that order before taking another. There could be 3 cars there and you'll still be waiting 15 minutes + for them to answer after you press the button

No response for over 5 minutes.
Then placed online order and "checked in".
Waited another 20 minutes and left.
Keep my $3 LOL
