The moz sticks were banging as usual but it would’ve been better if they could’ve given me any of the 4 cups of ranch I ordered for the moz sticks instead of 3 packets of ketchup and 1 of Marinara the meanies

Have come to pick up food at this sonic location many times. It has the worst wait time in town. I don’t recommend coming here for an online pick up unless you are willing to wait 40min to an hour for your order. We waited 30min for a little sundae order, and we had to pick it up ourselves, after they told us to wait in our car for ‘a little while’, for them to give it to us. Again, this has happened to us many times, at this location. The Sonic locations on Burkhardt and North Green river road, are in my opinion, the better ones.

Worst customer service ever. Waiting 20min for a Hot Fudge Sundae. I will never come back again. Workers disrespectful.
My blizzard didn’t have everything in it. They tried to just give me a m&m blizzard with none of my other items actually mixed in they were just left at the top. SMH. And I waisted for 15 minutes with a hole in my cup(how it was brought to me) and no one answered not even when I called the phone #.

Sonic is a classic drive-in. There are outdoor tables provided also. Easy to order, food came quickly, delivered by a friendly car hop. The onion rings were sweet and tasty. My husband loved the cheeseburger. When in the neighborhood, we will eat there again.

First off when there under age children and I’m talking about kids 11 or 12 driving in your parking lot messing around and you guys did nothing about it you also did nothing about the kids trying to jump an innocent girl all because her braids were blue, also do you guys ever answer like seriously we have tried to get food from there twice and both times no one answered we even tried 3 different spot and tried to call and still got no answer and we made sure the place was open and it was..

This place should be shut down! They need a whole different staff and management. I come here daily as a door dash driver and Everytime I am treated horribly and disrespectful. I asked for a drink carrier as the order I was picking up had 5 drinks and the manager there pointed to an area and said get one basically stating if I wanted a drink carrier I'd have to find it myself and assemble it as well when I stated I was not an employee of Sonic the manager looked at me and said not my problem. A new employee there however was nice and tried to help me and found one she stated she was new and didn't know exactly where they were but she did take the time to find it for me and give it to me. On multiple occasions I've witnessed the staff and management engaging in illegal activities and they do not even try to hide it ...the store smells of weed. Bad customer service all the way around I have started declining the orders now when I see it's that location I will have to deal with I don't want to deal with the hassle not to mention Everytime I go I have to wait extremely long! I wished I could leave no stars
