A few ways to improve your service at night would be to instruct your staff to actually answer the stall lights. Not play on their phone or stand outside and smoke in a group. 3 cars when I pulled up and 2 walk ups at tables. 8 cars pulled up after me. Thirty minutes later 7 cars left without ordering.
The morning crew is amazing!
Called in order in app- got there within 5 minutes. Waited 20 minutes while they were looking for our order. Mind you it was already paid for. Pushed the button said she’s still looking for it. Got tired of waiting and left. Worst service ever
Other customers obviously not happy either as several drove away without orders or in the case of one customer went to the building and was met with a vile worker spewing f bombs everywhere. Ridiculous.
