The service here is always stellar! We usually pop by for breakfast between 7 and 8 in the morning. Order on the app and we only wait a few minutes for fresh food/drinks right to our window!
I recommend the ultimate breakfast burrito. Very flavorful. Really anything with their bacon in it is wonderful. Their brioche is very good, as well.

Asked for a chocolate shake last week, received a peanut butter one. If I would have given the chocolate shake to my friend without checking, she would have went into anaphylaxis as she is SEVERELY allergic. I asked for one again tonight! I received cookies and cream instead. I'm unsure how it is so difficult for this particular location to make something as easy as a chocolate shake.

Service was not good and the double charged my coworker for his food and luckily he has a mobile banking app and it showed the 2 tramsactions but they wanted to argue about and didnt want to give him his money back! Highly unprofessional and very rude workers do not come here food was not very good either!!!

7/10/25 at approximately 7:50pm. Pulled into a slot. The setting Sun made the screen and menu very difficult to see. I also don’t go to sonic enough to know procedures. I had to half get out of car to see the menu. I pressed the button and ordered a medium strawberry shake. The young man asked a question that I didn’t make out (speaker not the greatest). I said pardon me I didn’t catch that. He responded are you in spot 26? I said I don’t know how I’d know that (again haven’t been to sonic in years and didn’t know it was on the screen. That I couldn’t SEE. You had to be there and hear his response. He obviously turned up the volume on the speaker and with a very sarcastic voice said if you can read your order you can see the number. Pardon me? I can’t see the screen. He said “it’s right there on the left side and kinda snickered. At that point I told him he could shove the shake- I would not be mocked or spoken to so rudely.
I know places are short staffed. I am patient and kind to wait staff and typically tip well. But this person was rude for no reason and I won’t be back.

My husband and I had a horrible experience! It was Wednesday evening maybe around 7 p.m, and quite busy, but that’s as to be expected. We ordered on the mobile app and our order was supposed to be ready at 7:20, said on the screen it was on its way around 7:27 and then…. around 7:40 still no food. They were busy so okay but wanted to make sure it was still coming, so I pressed the button and was very polite in saying we hadn’t gotten our food yet. All the man said was “I’ll check on that” and disconnected! So another 10 minutes go by and a lady comes out and said quite disrespectfully “Y'all didn’t get the food” or something along those lines. Well no ma’am we haven't! I was still being pleasant and went to ask if maybe our food got delivered to the wrong vehicle, and she turned around and walked in side! Another 10 minutes in and my husband is pretty annoyed, considering all we ordered was two single cheeseburgers, a small tater tot and slushie. Finally after 40 minutes, yes FORTY MINUTES, we received our food. He said “Sorry about that” and scurried away before I got a word in, yet again. The cherry on top was the lukewarm burgers and stale tasting tater tots. Needless to say we will never be returning to that sonic!

Very slow service and they weren’t very busy. Waited more than 15 minutes for 2 drinks. I ordered ahead and arrived later than the pick up time. Never again.
