This time I got service. Last time they refused to take my order because they were busy. Glad I gave them a second chance. Not nearly as friendly as the on on the west end of town but, the food was good. Just don't even think about stopping if the look busy (dinner time).
Was trying to order a #6 with Chilli and no cheese and the guy on the speaker kept on adding cheese (my wife is allergic to cheese) he continued to say he couldn't add the chilli without the cheese! We came in a few days before and got the same thing with Chilli without cheese! Terrible service! They don't think people are allowed to have food allergies. The gentleman that was working the speaker said he's a manager sounds like he needs more and or better training. Food was good btw.

The parking lot was a bit crowded, so I was hesitant to stop at first, but I have no complaints. The food was fresh and hot, nothing was missing from my order, and everything came out pretty quickly. This is the best Sonic I have been to.

Service is always pretty good as they have carhops to bring you your food after you order.When they first opened up years ago they had great burgers. Then they changed their patties and the way they cooked them and they are better than a McDonald's but still not the greatest.

Ordered a pretzel twist and a brownie chunk blast, I got a burnt pretzel twist with no salt on it and the blast was just vanilla ice cream with a few droppings on top. Absolutely absurd. Will never be coming back to this location.

Food is better than the south side Sonic, service is not bad but not super fast. No complaints.Parking: There are tons of stalls to order from so there is always a place to drive up to, even when it is busy.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are offered on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Since there is no indoor seating, it is technically wheelchair friendly since you don't have to leave your car.

Ok if i come to this sonic before 4pm i have no big deal. After 4pm they never get our orders right. They have rushed when i was making a order and did not take the order. i order drinks and food off the app and they never brung it to us. it just really sucks cause i eat here atleast 4-5 times a week. but i had to go other places for after 4pmVegetarian options: Just low carb / keto freindly meals.

Do not recommend this Sonic. Multiple times they have "lost my ticket" on an online order. Service is slow and not friendly. Have yet to get a correct order on the first try.
