Fast friendly service. Having lived in multiple states, I have been to several Sonics. The Westside Evansville Sonic has the most polite and prompt service of the Sonics I have been to.

Every time I order ahead, I show up to get my food, checkin and the screen says someone is on the way with my food. And I always wind up sitting here for 30-45 minutes after they show someone is bringing my food on the screen. Ordered at 6:12, arrived by 6:26, screen showed someone was bringing my order at 6:29, the current time is 6:53 and still have not received my food. Very disappointed with the service at this place. They do this every time I come here.

Worst fast food experience I have ever had
The worker taking my order on stall #24 on 10/11/24 about 9:30pm.
( hanaya) was the most disrespectful and rude person I have ever had to deal with placing an order wish i could do negative stars!
Ps hanaya if u don’t like working fast food there’s plenty of other options!

The last few times I have tried to go I placed a mobile order. After I hit where my card is you think it's taking but then it comes up ERROR. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Instead of my card, I've used my husband's card. It's frustrating.

My favorite place for a milk shake. Their sweet tea with fresh strawberries is another favorite drink of mine here.

Fast and courteous service.

I just wish they would bring their crispy chicken wraps back. Now I usually just buy a drink and maybe some tots.

I don't intend to return to this location in the near future. I understand they likely are understaffed, but they messed up multiple burgers. Not only that, but they're supposed to take back incorrect food and throw it away outside, in front of the customer. If I had endless money, I would simply reorder when they messed up. As a matter of fact, when I realized the 3rd sandwich in the original order was made incorrectly due to the staffer taking my order not putting in my order correctly, I did reorder so the original burger would not become trash. I'd much rather feed the food to my dog than watch it go to waste like that. With the level of food insecurity our own community faces, that action alone disgusts me. I understand they can't bring returned food back into the kitchen, but in that case, they shouldn't be taking it back AT ALL. What happens with it from there should be on the customer.

Too many places blocked off for door dash etc. Cramped parking for trucks. Food was marginal. Good variety of drinks.
