I had problems with the app. It said I had too many condiments. I took all of them off one by one. It still said I had too many. I restarted the order and it was okay.

Took 55 mins to get my food. Ordered at 6:50 app said would be ready at 6:56. At 7:32 it said someone was headed out with my order. I had to flag someone down at 7:45 to have them go check and grab my order.

Waited 45 minutes for our food and it was cold upon recieving. The employee that remade our order is amazing and deserves a raise. I know short handed is hard and it seems like this location is always busy.

We had a quick breakfast outside. We were VERY satisfied. The burritos were great, the tots fresh, piping hot and NOT greasy. Our server checked on us numerous times and refilled our drinks before we left. The West Side Sonic ROCKS!!

Me & my kids go to sonic about once a week. Service is usually great but last night I did an online mobile order. Said pick was 5:12. I pull up at exactly 5:12 and check in the app which stall I’m in about 5 mins later it said Stephanie is on the way w/your order. Waited 25 mins before they brought me my food. I hit the red button to see if they forgot to bring it out. And before I can even say why I was hitting the red button some man rudely said “online orders only” before saying hello or welcome to sonic. It was just online orders only. If he would have asked I could have told him I placed an online order. before I had a chance to say anything. I hit the red button again and tell him I placed a online order 30 mins ago and checking on it as I was informed “Stephanie is on the way with your order” and that was 25 mins ago. They finally brought my food out about 5 mins after that and it was cold like it had been sitting for 15-20 mins. Rude service and food was cold had 100% just been sitting. Usually service is better

That BLT toast was off the chain, chili tots would have been better if they’d made it as ordered, but there was some static in the order machine. Prices were reasonable and service pretty quick.

I always app ahead. Its an average wait, its fast food shut up, you’re not cooking it. Never have a problem with the west side Evansville one. One of two places I order a burger. Close to work. Friendly ppl. Good food. Covert delivery cant get an order right to save their lives.
