I love Spuds and Stuff! I used to eat at the one in my hometown every week, but unfortunately it shut down. So I drove in to eat at this one. The Buffalo spud is so good! I highly recommend trying it, but they do have alot of other items to choose from too. I would give this place five stars, but there was one problem, the price on the menu is not what they charge you, their prices have gone up, and I understand that, but you have to change it on the menu or at least tell people when they buy the food. I knew it seemed high and asked for the receipt to see why.

I have been a huge fan of Spudz n Stuff for years. My absolute favorite menu item is the taco spud. It’s fresh and delicious every single time! I also wanted to mention that the young lady that took my order on my last visit was so kind. I enjoy the atmosphere at the restaurant, I love supporting a local business and their spudz and salads are absolutely delicious!!

East side location is great. Friendly staff and not a long wait on food. North side location is awful, -1 star. Very Rude staff and the wait is ridiculous.

I come in there an order a steak bacon ranch spud all the time with 2 extra streaks on top of it. At this point since they moved the manger Kelly to another store. My orders are never right. This time someone picked up on order. Then when it gets to me there is not extra steak on it like I order an paid for! Then I call to speak to a manger she says “well the same cook, cooks everything the same every night. An says you can bring it back an we’ll replace it. Then hangs up” the service here is trash for customers who try to stay loyal! Never going back
I eat here way too often because I love it so much! My husband usually picks up food on the way home from work and the employees all know him and are very friendly. Every once in awhile things go awry but nothing is ever bad enough to dissuade me from coming back. It's usually something minor like the brownie being hard/dry or not having enough of the toppings or something small like that. My only other complaint is that sometimes they get too busy and turn off online ordering. We definitely prefer to order online if possible but sometimes it will say online ordering unavailable (and this is through their website, not a 3rd party site). Again, not a huge complaint, mostly just something to be aware of.

Ok, first as far as food goes it would be 3 1/2 or 4 stars, it was good, cooked well and what we expected. It was a baked potatoe with fixings. But when you show up at lunch time and are told it will be AN HOUR wait for your order, that's a problem. So my advice would be to order online, ahead of time or call ahead if that is the wait for a potatoe.

Loved the chicken, bacon, ranch Spud without butter! Potato was so large that I only ate 1/2 of it and took the rest home with me. I ate it COLD the next day for my lunch at work! It was just as delicious cold the next day, as it was hot the night before. I will definitely be getting the chicken bacon, ranch Spud again! Very clean restaurant!
