I am guessing this place shut down, as I just ordered food, received confirmation, and arrived to locked doors. I am disappointed in this location recently.

My son tried to get a to go order from your restaurant today around 3pm. He walked up to the door and was surprised to find the door locked in the middle of the afternoon. There was two employees in the store that he could see. When he walked back to his truck one of the employees taped a sign on the door saying closed for break. It is just a disappointment for him because he was really craving one of your potatoes

Salad was great but the Big Texan Philly /Lone Star, that was ordered was not good. It had a microwaved and very tough sub bread and the meat on sandwich was also microwaved and tough. So a 10.00 disappointment. If it weren't for the salads being good this review would be worse because we were unaware the Philly baked potato was 12.00.

People on the phone who take orders dont listen gave the wrong drink and charged for 2 orders of sour cream and disnt get them and when I called and complaned about it they said they would send the driver back with the right drink and what was missin and never did didnt call to say they wernt coming waited an hour for them to bring them and had to call them and they said they werent going to come they were rude on the phone wont be ordering from them again they ask like they dont want to do there jobs the food was also dry and nasty wish I could give 0 stars

Should be hiring more people!!! I just stopped In at Washington Ave. at 8 pm on a Friday and they tell me there closing early because there short staff when I was inside I saw at least 6 people so instead of working through the rush they close!?!? That sounds crazy to me!!! There was 2 more hours for you guys to make money!!! I have never heard of a business closing early when there were several employees that could work! But all I see is a now hiring for drivers? I didn’t have a delivery I went in because they were not answering the phone this aggravates me and also ruined my family’s dinner plans!

This used to be a great place to eat. Last couple times I’ve ordered the food hasn’t been very good. Just ordered chicken fajitas potatoes and the they were burnt, the veggies were still raw, and it was all cold. Was told 15 min for delivery and I didn’t get it for 45 min. Not sure I will go back again.....

Same food, but the new owners are difficult to work with. We had a gift card and they won’t accept it.

Extremely slow service, masks on their chins or no masks at all. Waited my entire lunch break for my sandwich and left hungry and out of time. This was my first visit and I will not be coming back.

Potato was pretty good. However, not a single person in the building was wearing a mask. The man running the cash register was standing in the kitchen coughing openly, not even covering his mouth. Not smart considering the pandemic.
