Starbucks is Starbucks, but my service was EXCELLENT.

Service was alright for the most part however i asked for multiple pumps of cane sugar syrup and the girl that put them in my drink only pushes down half way on the bottle so it was not as sweet as it should have been.
The second drink i got ( a pistachio latte) had no pistachio in the drink period... a dissapointment to my partner. By the time we realized, we were already too far away to have it fixed. Dissapointed for the 13 dollars that was spent on both drinks for a treat.

This is the second year in a row that this location has run out of “Peppermint” how do run out of peppermint this time of year someone needs to order more very disappointed
We came in from out of town and Kevin at this location made our day. He went above and beyond. So rare these days in customer service. Thank yall so much!

Clearly Venti means something different now.. waited 30 plus mins when I went inside to get my drink. Then after 5-6 people came an went inside & thru the drive thru they said what are you waiting on. I said VENTI mocha cookie crumble & waited another 5 mins to be given the wrong drink size. I should have said something there but it probably would have taken another 5 mins for a new drink. I was done by this point an walk out. Very disappointed with my visit today. An if you ask anyone I love my starbucks coffee. I guess this is what I get for treating myself.

The people here are really nice but I feel like half the time I come here my drinks are barely over half full
My girlfriend and I recently went through the drive-through at Starbucks, and we had the pleasure of meeting Adam for the first time. He made our experience memorable with his genuinely friendly attitude and attention to detail. Adam was not only professional and efficient, but he also brought a warm energy that made us feel welcomed. My girlfriend even commented on how sweet he was! It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a positive impression, especially through a quick drive-through interaction. Thanks, Adam, for going above and beyond to make our day a little brighter!

The food was good, however I ordered my food at 3:19 and did not receive it until about 3:50. Mind you there was hardly a line. They did not call my name even though I set my order to in store. Usually they call your name. There were flies flying all over my and my friends food and work area.

The drive thru cashier at 12:01 p.m. on Saturday September 7th did not repeat my order to me. When they gave me my drink it was hot rather than cold. Do drive-thrus not train their workers to repeat orders anymore? I understand there was a screen with the order in the drive thru. But as a customer it is not my responsibility to supervise Starbucks employees to ensure they get the customers order right. Get someone else in there.

I was overcharged by $14! Had to return to address the issues. I didn't realize that their sandwiches are prepackaged so you can't change it in any way or you will be charged for a whole other sandwich. Very overpriced for what you get for sure. Manager was great to correct the mistake so very appreciated for that.
