Absolutely AWFUL! Showed up at 430, served egg bites at 445. The drinks were not out as of 510 am. So I asked the manager Jodie to remake the egg bites since the rest of our order never came out and she proceeded to laugh and then said our drinks would be made in order. However 10 people came in after us and did NOT do a mobile order and she served them and cleared the long drive thru line out. I asked for a refund and she proceeded to be rude and said her name was Jodie and she was the store manager and didn’t care. She then proceeded to yell at a Barista in front of customers about her apron. Jodie wouldn’t even ask for our name or look up to find out what happened to our order. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. She has no people skills and her hygiene is awful! She came to work without even brushing her hair and has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

They were SO nice with me and understanding when I tried a new drink, wasn't a fan of it, and they happily reimbursed me with a free replacement drink.... wonderful service and staff ❤️ Thank you ladies!

Absolutely disgusting inside, wallpaper pulling near the restrooms, very weird haircut people sitting in the back with extreme amounts of body odor stinking up the place, rude batista with green hair demanding I say her pronouns, no thanks I will never be here again.

Only received one of my two drinks I ordered in the pick up area, waited 20 minutes until I went to the counter to find out my drink was done, but has been sitting next to their work station instead of out with the drinks that were ready to go so now I have two melted drinks and wasted my time
Drink was very weak compared to the other Starbucks in town. Service was slow. It was an app order so no interaction.

Giving them 4 stars because I could see that the manager was trying very hard to keep things moving, but I waited 30 minutes for an ice tea on a Tuesday afternoon.
So, at first 3 of my 4 drinks were made incorrectly. And of course my coworker who I sent to get the drinks did not know what they should've looked like. I called Jodie the manager and she said she could give me a refund, I just had to come in to the store because they cannot do it over the phone. I had to come in the next day and when I did she was so kind and refunded me for the incorrect drinks and even covered the 2 drinks I was getting that day. I do come here quite a bit (at least 3-4 times a week) and this was the first time my drinks were made incorrectly.

i waited in line for 22 minutes and still all four workers ignored us. there was only 1 person in front of me. i ended up leaving without ordering!! terrible.

I gave it four stars because the price was definitely a lot cheaper than Bowling Green Kentucky. I gave nothing in Indiana five stars because it just seemed like everything was run down.
