Just left there. Although everyone was nice and polite. I waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks. They had no problem getting drive thru orders done tho. 45 minutes is a bit excess for food let alone 2 coffees

2-16-2025, Great service as always, mainly I am leaving this review to hope that an employee gets noticed for his courageous actions. I didn't catch his first name but I believe he said his last name was Wheeler. Maybe I spelled it wrong. The girls were very busy and were being bullied by a male customer who was insulting them, one girl was even in tears. This employee stood up for the young girls and asked the customer to leave several times. These are the kind of employees a company should want and he showed great leadership skills. Well done Mr. Wheeler. ( not sure I spelled the last name correct) I hope that a manager notices his dedication to his team. The customers are thankful for these kind of employees. Great job Starbucks team :)

You’d have faster service ordering 3 states away and picking up same day than you would ordering here. Let’s not forget that they’re out of 90% that the menu has to offer.

I go inside for order my coffee and cashier said for me you have to wait for 30 minutes
Busy, but staff are friendly and efficient. Did not wait long despite the crowd in drive thru and inside - top marks for cheerful, and friendly staff!

Not a good experience. 25 minutes for order, was hardly anyone inside. Bathroom (men’s) in poor shape (soap dispenser broken), wallpaper torn off walls, tried reaching chat assistance waited 20 min then disconnected.

My friend ordered before I did but I received mine 1st after 15 minutes she ask where hers was and they said they'd make it but other orders were made and sent out & still no beverage. So I finally ask when my friend was going to get her drink or if she was and bam she had her drink. If we both were waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks but it was weird I ordered after & quickly had mine. Mobile order or skip this location it's always been a long wait but never like that.

Good location to grab a coffee and meet up with a friend. Service can be pretty slow sometimes, BUT that's understandable because this location is slammed with in-store, drive-thru, and mobile orders all day. Be a decent human and have a little grace if you go here when it's busy (most times) and you have to wait ten minutes for your drink.
