This. This one is my go-to Starbucks. Maria is great; the rest of the staff are great. I quite literally go out of my way to swing by here because I know I will get the best Starbucks experience in the Tri-State.

My husband asked for a white chocolate mocha with raspberry syrup, or a chai latte with vanilla syrup (both very basic, common drinks at Starbucks) and this branch manager was very rude and curt saying they can't make these drinks. Really? You can't make a white chocolate mocha, or a chai latte? If you don't have the syrups that's fine, but the basic drinks themselves should've been easy to make. Since we were rudely denied our preferred order, we got something else off their menu instead. We're from WA where Starbucks originated, we know you are capable of doing better - please improve your customer service bare minimum, ideally also improve your competency and capabilities.

The baristas were nice and the Frap I got tasted good except for the fact I ordered it with almond milk and I am certain they put real milk in. I am lactose intolerant and am in extreme pain if you have an allergys or intolerances go to a different location

I stopped to get a drink while I was shopping in meijer. I ordered my drink and stepped aside to wait for my drink. I was patiently waiting for my drink when the barista firmly told me to have a seat as they still have to make my drink and she will bring it out me. I was very put off by this as I have never had a barista demand I sit down when I was waiting patiently. I will not be returning to this location.

It is a Starbucks that will get you in and out. Bad experience with Kassie S. She was rude at all times raised her voice at me when I didn’t know how to work the app. Did my Coffee in a bad mood. When handed to me, she was super nice trying to cover up her bad actions.
