Rude employees that couldn't care less if they don't make your drink in time. I understand they're understaffed and busy, but that is no excuse to be rude to customers when they haven't spoken with a single employee about their order. Careful not to wait too patiently! A lady named Mya was totally disrespectful! She was just leaning on the counter looking at her phone ignoring me the whole time. Put your phone down and do your job!
Love their Dragon Fruit Refresher Their new Ice Cold Brew is amazing.
I love peppermint hot chocolate, and this is just about the only place that can accommodate my request.
Lately, there’s a shortage, so today, she comped my drink for my inconvenience.
