I loved everything about this place. Classic Starbucks exspirence. Warm got chocolate on a cold early February morning.

I will say my reviews kind of biased. I work nights and I showed up here at 5:00 in the morning. So I would not be the best person to describe wait times.

This morning I had the best cup of coffee in the world — and it wasn’t just about the beans or the brew. It was about the people behind it.
Jess, Anna, and Sara somehow managed to turn an ordinary morning into something genuinely special. From the first sip, the coffee was flawless — perfectly balanced, smooth, and crafted with obvious care. But what really set it apart was the warmth, attention, and joy they brought to the experience.
They didn’t just make coffee — they created a moment. The kind that reminds you how powerful small human connections can be, especially before the day fully begins. Their skill, kindness, and positive energy came through in every detail.

This Starbucks location is by far my favorite! I’ve been to several Starbucks and this location on Burkhardt is the only one that can make my drink correctly! I don’t even have to order anymore! I pull up and they know exactly what I’m getting! They serve every drink with a smile and even on chaotic days, they got it together!! Highly recommend this location if you’re in town and need a good coffee!!

Just left Starbucks off Burkhardt/Lloyd ordered;
Venti Dubai chocolate mocha iced, white chocolate CF
Venti SF Vanilla Latte add 5 SF caramel shots, hot.
Waited 20 minutes as they were more concerned about drive-thru times that were blinking 4 minutes 🫣. His tastes like pistachio milk no sugar. AWFUL! $16 thrown away! Mine doesn't even taste like coffee! TERRIBLE COFFEE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. Will NEVER go to another Starbucks and our daughter works at one in Indy.

I have been to more than 300 Starbucks locations across the United States in different cities/states, and this is the friendliest and best location in every way that I have ever visited. They will continue to get my business over and over. Just love the employees that work here. As I write this, I’m sipping on the most delicious large latte right in the Starbucks at this moment. They make every drink I order exactly as I ask for it with no complication. I’m in heaven.

I can’t say enough how much I love this location. This group of people make my day every single day. My drinks are always perfect, if I get food its order is always perfect. These people are always happy, even if customers are treating them poorly, they go above and beyond to make everyone’s experience as wonderful as possible. I can’t say enough about them and their outstanding customer service.
