Horrible service ! All the drinks tasted like hot water(coffee/hot chocolate ect) please save your self the trouble and just go to the one in target. If you wanna pay money for hot water and someone to be rude to you this is your place. Also after being perfectly passive and not rude at all ( I guess asking for a hot chocolate to be remade was to much for her as she only added 3 pumps of chocolate back into the cup) she slammed the window in my face.

Slowest starbucks i have been to. They stand around and just look at you. It's 4pm in the afternoon. we have waited 20 mins.

I used my birthday reward & I got the new pecan crunch oatmilk latte. It was pretty good!
I realize they are busy and try to work fast, but one girl might have been having a bad day, she worked quickly but kinda slammed cups down as she made them, and the expression on her face, was basically a blank stare!! Cold service. Young gentleman was very kind working next to her. Guess he's used to it, as I wasn't.

SERVICE - 4 STARS The store manager gets 5 stars. She walked around greeting the customers with an upbeat personality and a friendly smile, making everyone’s visit a very inviting and welcoming experience. “GREAT LEADERSHIP!” (Even though she looks to be very pregnant) ?
The baristas get 3 stars. My drink was very good. However, the baristas were not interactive or very friendly with customers. Lucky I wasn’t in a hurry to be anywhere because it took a little longer than I expected to get my drink.
ATMOSPHERE - 4 STARS The stores appearance gets 5 stars for its cleanliness and the organization of products.
The atmosphere also gets a 3 star, due to a few of the server's unprofessionalism. No one wants to sit in the lobby and overhear you complain about how you do not like your job, and bad mouthing your coworkers. Grow up or go get another job if you’re not happy! Food service is not for everyone.
TOTAL - 4 STARS It could have been 5 stars. But it seems as though there is no one who wants to work hard and be a loyal employee anymore. I’ve been in management before. There’s only so much you can do. You can lead a horse to water, but you can not make them drink.

I got a medium sized drink and most of it was ice,i seriously can’t believe i payed 6 dollars for a drink that only had ice. i finished it in less than 5 minutes. Starbucks do better !

Mobile ordered a venti strawberry Frappuccino. Realized later that it was a grande that was handed to me at the drive through window.
First off, I hate posting negative reviews but this really bothered me. I went to the Starbucks in Target on the East side, the 3 kids working there were messing around the entire time. It took a second for them to notice I was there but they finally took my order.Trena pink drink. Simple. As one of the girls was making it they decided to sing Christmas carols and I ended up with this sour, separated “drink”I would’ve said something but I had to get to work. Ended up tossing it

An hour of laptop time this morning because I was awake before sunrise and I really don't like driving in the dark if I can avoid it. So I popped into this Starbucks at 6am and I was the only customer in here for a bit though there was a pretty constant parade of people coming and going for their morning caffeine fix.
Wifi worked fine and my blonde roast was good with enough cream in it. Power outlet was great and when I left at 7:00, all of my electronics were at 100%.
Parking: Easy parking for the Sprinter van but the mall is not easy for larger vehicles.
