This is usually my favorite Starbucks location. However, my last visit to the store was very disappointing! Two of the employees were standing at the drive thru window discussing how they planned to retaliate against another employee. After waiting way too long to get my drink, and overhearing their spiteful plan, I asked the barista if I could speak to the manager. To my surprise the manager, Jasmine and the barista who waited on me, Emily were the one’s plotting against a co-worker. To my knowledge, intentionally setting someone up for failure is a form of retaliation, not to mention it creates a hostile environment for everyone. That includes customers like me. Shame on Emily and especially the so-called manager, Jasmine! I hope someone at Starbucks actually reads this and takes some sort of action against them.

I miss the days when you were actually greeted and spoken too. Here early morning, I stood by a register the barista came over to another register didnt say anything. I apologized for being at the wrong one, no reply. I gave my order. She asked are you paying with a card, I said no cash today. She didnt give a total. I gave her my cash. I sat down and started working. After some time I look up to see my order on the counter. My name not called, no indication that my order was ready. I was the only person. In the whole place. Very unwelcoming.

My go-to coffeehouse for my daily 1 cup of coffee habit! Pike Place hot coffee with some raw sugar and some steamed cream. These folks are the best, always welcoming and friendly! I can't imagine going anywhere else.

very bad experience, I was drinking my coffee, it's the only day I have to sit down and drink my coffee and relax. but as soon as it was 9 pm one of the girls asked me if I was going to order something else they were going to close the register, I told her no, I would just finish my coffee, minutes later the manager comes over and asks me to leave, they close at 9:00 pm and that I had to leave. It was 9:02 pm I had to drink my coffee and leave, I will never go back to that place! It is a total lack of respect towards the customers! Maybe because I am Hispanic they treated me that way!

I used to come here so often, they used to recognize me when I walked in the door. These days, I'm back to being incognito but always get quick, friendly service. Just wish it wasn't so pricey since I only get basic drinks like decaf coffee or a Chai latte.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. I was treated in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. As a customer, I expected at least a basic level of kindness and respect, which unfortunately I did not receive. I do not recommend this place and I will definitely not be coming back.

I took my daughter in to get a caramel ribbon crunch. There was 3 employees working and one of them had their boyfriend or friend whoever it was, at the register standing in the way talking to her. She was more engaged with her friend than providing good customer service. It took 45 minutes for 1 drink and then she didn’t even say our name ,she just sat it down on the counter and walked back to talking with her friend. There was only three other people in there and they were waiting on drinks since before we came in. Disappointing I should’ve just went to the one across the street in Target… I never have a problem there.

Horrible service ! All the drinks tasted like hot water(coffee/hot chocolate ect) please save your self the trouble and just go to the one in target. If you wanna pay money for hot water and someone to be rude to you this is your place. Also after being perfectly passive and not rude at all ( I guess asking for a hot chocolate to be remade was to much for her as she only added 3 pumps of chocolate back into the cup) she slammed the window in my face.
