This Starbucks consistently goes above and beyond with customer service. The entire staff is always upbeat, friendly, and welcoming, and they create such a positive atmosphere every time I come in. The baristas are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they take the time to make sure each order is done right. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and that level of service is rare. One of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to—highly recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my daughter had at this Starbucks location. She was refused service by the barista for no clear reason at all. She was respectful and polite, yet was treated with unnecessary attitude and disregard.

As a paying customer, she deserved to be treated with basic decency. There was no explanation, no apology — just flat-out refusal to serve her. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, and frankly, unacceptable from any business that prides itself on customer experience.

We will not be returning to this location, and I hope Starbucks takes this seriously. Everyone deserves fair and respectful service.

if i could give a zero for the customer service i would ! my 15 year old daughter i sent over to buy a 5x 100 dollar gift card as she walked over and no one acknowledged her, so I walked over and asked excuse me where are your gift cards? She pointed it didn’t tell me where they were. I asked where behind the cups.Thete was another customer that came along behind us to order (but was not ready to order either still deciding ) and she was going to take there order tell us they were there first and i replied my daughter has been here trying to buy a gift card she saw the money in her hand and said we don’t take cash i said well i will pay with card she replied to the other barista i’m not taking her you can, to pick and choose who you serve is wild to me and so unprofessionally she definitely needs to find another profession because she’s not a starbucks employee that i have ever encountered rude and ignorant to refuse service because why???? idk maybe she should start acting like a employee instead of being judgmental towards paying customers. for starbucks to lose 500 dollars in gift cards is insane. Jealous people should not be working or interacting with people !

The baristas have always been so kind when we stop by. We have dropped cake pops in the store and made wrong orders and they have always graciously fixed our orders. We love having them in the store!

This location advertises that they close at 8:00pm yet they turn customers away at 7:45pm. I suspect, they want to close and exit by 8:00 pm. Corporate should update the hours of operation if this is the case. I drove specifically to get a cup of coffee, not shop at Target. Disappointing. ☹️

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. They make the best drinks! My daughters and I love to stop by when we visit Target.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Evansville area. The staff are all so nice and friendly and their drinks are always perfectly made. The barista Hanen is very kind. I choose to park and go into Target even if all I want is coffee because the regular Starbucks right by it is so busy and not as friendly.

I really like coming here! It’s actually really hard to skip up lol. Caitlin is super! She’s always very nice and makes my trip awesome every time. Thank you so much! :)
