I came to order caramel Brulee this morning. The blonde hair girl did not even say hi to me while I was standing infront of her to order. I asked her if she was still helping the gentleman who just left & she said no. She did not even bother to ask me so I asked if I can order then. She then asked me what I want. When I was waitiing for mt order they have been calling 3 people already & I noticed there is one coffee that was left without a name. I realized she never asked for my name so I asked if she already called me. She then asked if it was caramel brulee that I ordered. She said it should be the cup there that has no name.. The girl should not work at the customer service area because she has none to offer but bad service. I shouldn’t add a tip because she does not deserve it.

I placed my order ahead and it said it would be ready in 6-7 min and when I got there I had to wait 35 min while other customers who had came in and ordered online got their food first. Unbelievable service! If you can’t keep up the work then either close the store or actually hire workers.

Each time I’ve gone to this location they’re rude. Not very welcoming. I’ve noticed no matter what I order, my drinks are without flavor or just nasty. I’m not new to Starbucks I know how their drinks taste! This location makes me question if they’re doing it on purpose. If I order a hot chocolate I’m served hot water, or warm milk, no chocolate. Don’t dare ask for lite ice, you’ll receive a cup filled to brim with ice and a sticker that reads “lite ice.” They may not welcome you on the way in, but they’ll gladly see you out the door with a full cup nothing you asked for in 6 dollar cup of ice! VERY Rude

Terrible service. Placed a mobile order and it told me it would be ready within the next 5 minutes. I ended up waiting 30 MINUTES and people who ordered 10-20 minutes after me were getting their order. Plenty of other people in the store were having the same problem. They were not doing mobile orders AT ALL. There were 4 or 5 people that asked when there order would be out and they would say “it’s coming right up” and they continued to sit there and wait and wait and wait. I ended up leaving without my drink, that’s how bad it was. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND.

I’ve been using this Starbucks location for about year, and unfortunately the staff does not have the same enthusiasm and politeness has one might expect from the Starbucks experience. The ice cubes are also much larger, so when asking for light ice in a venti, you’ll receive a serving size closer to a grande, because they don’t top off the cup like at other locations. I get the impression I’m inconveniencing the staff when I try to explain the situation with the ice and ask them double cook my breakfast sandwiches, and ask other questions about additional products. All the times I’ve been at this location, it has never appeared to be overly busy, so it’s disappointing to see it often lacks cleanliness and has empty napkin dispensers. A little TLC at this location could help it go a long way.
A cute place for couples on-the-go. "Hey, Babe, let's meet at Starbucks for lunch." Or "How about I visit you at work with coffee as I am on the way home?" It keeps the relationship going.
