Waited the suggested time before going to pick up, then found out after waiting 40 minutes it was just going in the oven and suggested we come back in 20 minutes. I have had better. Topping slide off the crust, crust was doughy.

- Ham & Cheese Was Delivered Almost 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time, so about 1 hour 30 min wait. Mind you I live roughly 5 minutes away
- Luke warm at best, both cheese sauces were ice cold, not the usual experience so I am very disappointed

I used to enjoys Steve’s. I would eat it once a week. The best part about their pizza was the cracker crust. I haven’t ate pizza in months, decided to treat myself last night. Ordered a large pizza, it showed up in about an hr and a half. Crust was thicker and no crunch at all. I called to ask if they switched the crust. The lady who answered the phone said no then immediately put me on hold. A gentleman then answered. I asked him the same question, again was told no they have not changed it. They offered to send me another pizza. About an hour and a half later I received the pizza. Same kind of crust. Not cracker crust, almost like a crust you buy from a grocery store. Needless to say I will probably be ordering from another una style pizza store next time I want to treat myself.

I love Steve una pizza but we order a Stromboli and cheese bread last night .It came cold not even warm and burnt on bottom.we ask for it to be spicy with onion and bell peppers they were not any on there as for the bread it it was cold and had no cheese dip or the extra cheese dip i payed for. I have been ordering steve for a very long time alway good but this time the worst i have every had guess i will just stick with pizza 🍕.
