“I had a great experience at Subway! The management here is excellent—everyone is organized, friendly, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. The staff works efficiently, keeps the place clean, and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in.

The food is just as impressive. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. My sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted, with plenty of topping options and high-quality ingredients.

“This particular Subway restaurant is located right off of HWY 41 at what used to be the former entrance to the original Evansville Airport. They offer drive thru service and easy parking right at the front door. We were ordering sandwiches to go for our family. We left with four 12” sandwiches, a six inch sub, one foot long cookie, and one 20 oz soft drink for just under $40.00 totals we were using coupons received in the mail, but there is no way we could have got that much food to feed four at current fast food prices. All of the sandwiches were prepared fresh and they were delicious. We like this Subway location and will definitely be back in the future.“

“Just what I needed after a hot day of moving to another town and unloading a huge truck into storage by myself. So much more refreshing than a hot meal at that time. Service was great, friendly employee. I had just dropped off the rental truck a few doors down and was having to wait on my ride to get off work. They were great about allowing me to hang out for a bit after I ate.“

“The worker in here was just jamming to some tunes and slinging some fire subs. He had a great attitude and the store was clean and well maintained. No complaints here and would gladly go back and bump my head to some music while this gentleman worked again.“

“The Subway on Lincoln across from UE is run by quality staff and profit excellent service. They know their customers and strive to serve their needs.

“The woman working this morning at 11am was spectacular. She was the only one running the show, and was still super friendly doing it. There's a tip jar by the register, and I hope it was overflowing at the end of her shift because she deserves it. Thank you so much!!“

“Normally a trip to a fast food eatery is not big moment in time but I must say my stop at this Subway restaurant was quite impressive today. I had not been in a Subway restaurant in at least five years given the quality and quantity the last few times I had gone. To say it simple, they were serving the most minimal of portions and charging a lot more for it. Today I was hungry and this Subway was near the bank I had stopped at. Upon walking in all three teenaged employee’s treated me and were friendly the entire time. What impressed me most was the fact that they put a decent amount of meat and the veggies I asked for on the sandwich. In more recent trips this was not the case. I ordered the sweet teriyaki chicken sandwich and I will say it was fantastic. A good sandwich and great customer service provided by the employee’s will definitely bring me back to this specific location.“

“Restaurant was clean and organized. Staff were extremely friendly. And the food is always fresh and delicious. I traveled for 17 years and when I needed lunch and dinner, my first choice was always Subway because you can get very healthy options and avoid the fast food traps of greasy I visited many subways throughout the state of Kentucky and many in Indiana. We love Subway!“

“Almost every day of the week, service and food are phenomenal. However, I seem to experience the most issues with my food on Sundays specifically. Other than that, my orders are always right, and they usually portion the sandwiches quite nicely.“

“Would highly recommend!! Today I took my daughter and her best friend to have lunch, after church today. The restaurant was so clean.The bathroom was so clean. Rick was very prompt with Delivering us our food with a very big smile on his face. Anytime, One of the kids asked for something or myself.Did he was quit to get it. How to say this is one of the best Experiences that i've had at a Subway!!! Thank you Rick keep up the Hard work We had the footlong dippers and we tried chicken which are poultry and ranch they were very good. “I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. It is SO clean! The family who run it are super nice. You can get a healthy sandwich for a decent price, and I trust that it is clean. I am in town visiting after years of being away. Many of the fast food restaurants from my youth are run down and gross. This Subway is one of the few that I would still go to. The owners have taken very good care of it. I highly recommend it if you want quick semi healthy options!“

“Was told today (10/03/24) that the sandwich I had ordered yesterday for my kid that they no longer serve anymore. By the sandwich artist.
I was told the person who did it yesterday was wrong for serving me that, but also that the employee was on her 3rd day and had nobody else in the store with her so she didn’t know what she was doing. So then I said so you probably do serve the sandwich but you’re just not gonna make it for me. She told me yes I thanked her and left the store.
Highly wouldn’t recommend.“
