This use to be the best subway in Evansville now its terrible there is always someone new and the sandwiches suck, lettuce looks brown and nasty half the time, and I am sure not tipping people who make hourly wages pay your employees better no wonder u can't keep

Ordered online and was given the completely wrong sandwich and the girl who works there told me I could get it replaced another day and when I went to get it replaced she was practically calling me a liar and that she never said or remembered talking to

Hard to place an order when there’s nobody working the counter, music blasting so loud they likely can’t hear the door wherever they are….

The worker in here was just jamming to some tunes and slinging some fire subs. He had a great attitude and the store was clean and well maintained. No complaints here and would gladly go back and bump my head to some music while this gentleman worked again.

It's a little ridiculous this store has been closed so many times over the last few weeks, but now that it is open, I order my food and combo and thought I was getting a plastic cup just for them to hand me a small cardboard cup. I asked if I could upcharge to the bigger plastic cup and was told they couldn't do that. Like I'm sorry, what?! I'm willing to pay for it but you can't do it? So I threw the other cup in the trash since it was already paid for. At this point just close the store smh

This is a regular Subway. You get what you expect as you select it. The staff is always friendly and does a good job of getting you through the line even when busy.

I'm mostly giving a 4 stars for the two sandwich makers that were working at the time. They were both very sweet and courteous, made my little improved date with my wife even better.

I accidentally took my card out earlier and my cash out card took my $10 and the store was rude and say it didn’t go through even after I show it went through my cash out account. The customers even thought that was rude .

No mask, no entry. No mask on hand to provide to customers either. Would image their numbers taking quite a hit from denying service to those w/o masks.
