If I could do zero stars I would. The meat is so old that it is hard and discolored. Can’t eat because I don’t really want food poisoning.

This use to be the best subway in Evansville now its terrible there is always someone new and the sandwiches suck, lettuce looks brown and nasty half the time, and I am sure not tipping people who make hourly wages pay your employees better no wonder u can't keep

Ordered online and was given the completely wrong sandwich and the girl who works there told me I could get it replaced another day and when I went to get it replaced she was practically calling me a liar and that she never said or remembered talking to

The worker in here was just jamming to some tunes and slinging some fire subs. He had a great attitude and the store was clean and well maintained. No complaints here and would gladly go back and bump my head to some music while this gentleman worked again.

It's a little ridiculous this store has been closed so many times over the last few weeks, but now that it is open, I order my food and combo and thought I was getting a plastic cup just for them to hand me a small cardboard cup. I asked if I could upcharge to the bigger plastic cup and was told they couldn't do that. Like I'm sorry, what?! I'm willing to pay for it but you can't do it? So I threw the other cup in the trash since it was already paid for. At this point just close the store smh
