Placed order online. They have it to someone else. Then tried telling me I didn't place it, till I showed them a screenshot of it. It was still a nightmare trying to get my food even after that. Will not return here again.

I am usually very happy with the service I get and loved the staff but it looked like all new staff this time and when I placed my order the lady hung up on me without confirming my order or giving me a total or even bye. When I picked up my order the man gave me 2 sweet teas that to me tasted unsweetened and I politely asked to have it fixed and he took them from me and rolled his eyes at me after trying to say there were sweet teas. Came back with unsweetened teas and a girl came over and gave me sugar packets. Then the girl just kinda looked at me with a pen and paper in hand like she was just waiting for me to leave so no "have a good day" or "sorry about the mix up" overall not a good experience.
got the Philly cheese stake and it had more mayo than meat. a 6" that cost $9.00+ and two bites of it had meat. the first was just bread and veggies. I'll be goin to jimmy johns from now on!!
