When is the dining room open? It seems that most days they have the doors locked. Don't take mobile orders if you're going to make those customers sit in the drive thru. Considering the prices, they can afford to keep the dining room open.

Lobby is closed and they take forever, forcing me to wait behind everyone else in the drive thru line, and my sandwich is now cold
Gave me a 6 inch when I ordered a footlong. Called and refused to remake the sandwich without me coming back with the sandwich in hand when I was unable to come back right away.
A little slow but the wrap was really good!

I don't know who the hell made my food tonight but it was absolutely dreadful!!! My Double Cheese Dipper was so hard it couldn't chew it. My pizza sub was also over toasted and it was missing the MARINARA SAUCE!!! It was so dry! I am incredibly disappointed! I go to this location once or twice a week but the food quality has dropped lately. I will change my review back to 5 stars if the food quality goes back to 5 stars!

Haven't eaten their sandwiches in a long time but I thought I'd give a protein bowl a chance since their crappy bread wouldn't be in it. It was OK. Not anything impressive. The price for the bowls is far to high for the quality and quantity. Would have been a 1 star rating if the service wasn't so good. Very nice people.

You guys HAVE to start hiring people. Waiting over 45 minutes for a small order is insane- especially when it’s shockingly expensive. I feel awful for the very few people working here.

I have an hour for lunch and I go to grab a tuna sandwich and the girl who's taking my order first off isn't listening to anything I say because I had to correct her twice on what I wanted and I said it clearly. Second, I'm not greeted nicely when I pay and then I get to work and the sandwich is completely wrong. I go back to get my correct order and they just hand it to me and don't say sorry and there is like 5 girls in there and no one around. It's really not that hard to make a sandwich and also to be kind and efficient. Can count on me not wasting my time anymore.

Cheap owners refuse to accept regional coupons that were literally accepted just down the road. The coupons actually work, but the staff told me they were told not to accept them. A sign would be nice before ordering. I will continue to use the store a mile away instead. The other store will even let you break the order up to use as many coupons as you can. Caveat employ

Almost every day of the week, service and food are phenomenal. However, I seem to experience the most issues with my food on Sundays specifically. Other than that, my orders are always right, and they usually portion the sandwiches quite nicely.
