The employee who prepared my sandwich charged me and grabbed the money with her gloves on. With those same gloves, she grabbed the ingredients to continue preparing my sandwich. I think they should be more careful with that.

I felt so bad for the girl working here, management had her working the dinner rush all by herself. Girl was working it, but the location should do better. Meatball sub tasted delicious.

BadParking: There are 3 parking spots out front which you have to reverse into a very busy street to get out of.

$16 for a wrap, bag of chips, and a small drink? Corporate price gouging. Won't be back to a single Subway until these ridiculously high prices drop

Do not come here. Service is terrible. So context...me and gf were on our way from up north near indy and were hungry so i suggest subway. she gets it ordered no problem. we get three sandwiches in total, chips, and a small drink. i get there at 7:48 and i walk in bc its in store pick up but the doors were locked..? i would understand if it was close to 9 but it wasn't even 8 yet. so i check with the other door. it's locked again. so i had to get their attention if i needed to go through the drive thru. there's one employee who i thought was a customer who wasn't doing anything and sitting finished with their sandwich and the two other people not doing anything either. so i got to the drive thru and they didn't have ingredients for my meatball sandwich. they didn't have any meatballs bc they "stopped selling them at 6" apparently. what does that mean? so they saw that i had TWO meatball sandwiches and they didn't even fulfill it so i had to get a cheaper sandwich x2....asked for a refund..apparently i "have to do it in the app" bc the managers don't even know how to. so my girlfriend over payed for our food for that. and she tipped as well which is even more ridiculous. but anyways they get me my food but they also forget her chips and drink so i had to flag them down AGAIN and ask if i could get my sweet tea and chips. i got the chips but apparently they don't sell sweet tea on the weekends either?? but they got me the bottled sweet tea instead. like yes she ordered sweet tea so i would assume i would get some..?? i didn't even see the manager there or someone who looked like one. the employees don't even know how to refund orders bc the managers don't know that either. so that's awesome. whoever is in charge of this building needs to do better. bc i have also worked in the service industry and im not bothered if im missing something small but this is honestly ridiculous. we are never coming back here again. do not go to this subway. go to the green river one. at least they get your food right first try.so some takeaways for this establishment:1. don't "stop sell" ingredients for sandwiches (especially meatballs)2. tell your employees how to give refunds3. check to make sure you actually got the order right.4. even if you're not doing anything make sure you look busy bc customers notice that5. why locking of your doors an HOUR before closing (like 15-30 minutes before closing i understand)6. And actually call AHEAD saying you don't "sell tea on the weekends" and you're not "selling meatballs"Just do better honestly like damn. It's not hard to actually double check on things. Dont come here bc they're super slow and they can't get your order right. go to a different fast food that actually is cheaper and can get your order right.

Won’t be back! There was one car in front of me (no other cars in front of him) and none behind me. The car in front of me gave them his order then preceded forward. Then when I drive up to give them my order they tell me they are done taking drive thru orders. NO OTHER CARS AND ONLY TWO IN THE DRIVE THRU (including me).

Me and my grandma went to get lunch because we had coupons that came in the mail. We ordered our food then they told us they don’t take coupons. In my opinion that’s rude

I find it silly that they asked if you want to tip? Don't understand why you would tip at a fast food restaurant when they're making as much as I am not bad just seems kind of

The last 3 times I went here, I waited at the window for at least 7 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches don't seem like they are very toasted when you ask for them to be.They also do not accept coupons, which is very frustrating. I won't be returning to this location.

I arrived to the store at 8:10 and the store closes at 9. The doors were locked and two female employees were sitting in the lobby on their phones. They ignored the fact that customers were at the door.

My experience was similar the the one before it except we went in, primarily because I didn’t want them to mess up my order. A nice young lady helped us with our sandwiches she was helpful pleasant and got the orders correct. There was a piece of old nasty cappicola ham in the bin that she threw away. Some people would’ve just put it on there anyway.

Picked up sandwiches with my sister and husband (july/18 ~7:30pm). There were two younger women and a middle aged women. The younger women were really nice (one seemed newer). The older women was very rude. When I arrived she said their register was already closed down. One of the younger ladies said she can still check us out through the drive through register. Through making our sandwiches the older women was very rude and seemed inconvenienced by us ordering. She put our sandwiches in the wrong toaster and the two younger women tried to tell her before she put them in there. She said that she didn't care and continued to put mine and my husband's in there as well. She walked away in a huff to go refill the sauces when she saw they were low. The sandwiches were fine but didn't see toasted at all by the time we made it home.

My sandwich was smashed and it looked like they poured the whole shaker of pepper on it. Couldn’t even eat it cuz it was terrible.
