First of all. The atmosphere change as soon as my friend and I walked in the door. Mined you. We are an interracial friendship. Secondly. I ordered a foot long sandwich. And tried to build the sandwich the way I wanted. And he refused. As if I didn't have the money to pay for it. I have never been treated that way. In My Life. And I will never be back to this Subway again. I'm glad that this is the way they allow their staff to treat people.

This particular Subway restaurant is located right off of HWY 41 at what used to be the former entrance to the original Evansville Airport. They offer drive thru service and easy parking right at the front door. We were ordering sandwiches to go for our family. We left with four 12” sandwiches, a six inch sub, one foot long cookie, and one 20 oz soft drink for just under $40.00 totals we were using coupons received in the mail, but there is no way we could have got that much food to feed four at current fast food prices. All of the sandwiches were prepared fresh and they were delicious. We like this Subway location and will definitely be back in the future.

Service was fine. They are open until 9 but close the lobby at 8. Find silly. So I had to eat in the car...

Recently went by to pick up some lunch... watched the girl finish my transaction, never removed her gloves, and went right to making someone else's sandwich. ????

Thought I had witnessed that before on a few other visits, but this time I was certain as I watched her walk away from the window. I should have said something & made them remake the sandwich, but I was tight on time. She also seemed like this was the last thing she wanted to be doing.... will definitely be a looooooong while before I ever go back to this establishment. Very disgusted as I worked in food & beverage for 20 years. Most unsanitary thing you can do. Please do better!

Update:. The owner contacted me to apologize and they refunded my money. Hopefully it can be used for new employee training on dealing with customer complaints.....We will give them another chance....We've ordered many times here and most the time it's great and people are friendly. This time my sandwich was unwrapped in the bag everything loose inside there The bread was soggy. When I called to let them know they said they would remake it and I would have to drive back and get it. I said that wasn't really an option and she said well what would you like me to do. I said well I would like to be refunded. She said she couldn't do that but her manager could and I said then I would like your manager to do that and she said okay and hung up on me. When I called back she said ma'am I'm going to have my manager refund your card. I said but you hung up on me. She said well you were rude. I said I wasn't rude I was just stating that I would like your manager to refund my card. I said you were rude for hanging up on me. She said yeah okay. We shall see if a manager calls me I told her I wanted a manager to call me. Really disappointed because I liked the subway.
