I placed a pickup order. sandwich was poorly made. There was very little lettuce, only a couple banana peppers, 0 onion (i asked for more), very little mayo (i asked for more). I called the store and told them my sandwich was wrong and tht i would like to bring this one back and have another one made. She told me theyre out of onion. I asked her why she didnt tell me when i picked it up. Then i asked for a refund. She said no. I asked to speak to manager, she said she wasnt there. I asked her to send me to customer service and asked for her name. She declined and hung up the phone. I will call tomorrow to try and speak to a manager for assistance since you all dont seem to have a customer service number.

The only problem I had was that the girl was sitting at the table.Putting cookies and packages. That wasn't the problem, It was a fact that she was wearing gloves and scratched behind her ear and then continued to use the same gloves to put the rest of the cookies in the packages. Yucky 🤮

1/23/2025 3.00 pm This particular Subway has a very rude female (brown hair, heavyset, no glasses). She was very rude to a senior citizen who was asking for help because the senior was standing there waiting on this gal to stop messing around in the register. This gal then makes the seniors sandwich without washing her hands or putting on gloves. The area itself is a mess and definitely needs someone who shows initiative and pride in their work. I'm sure she sits in the back until the the movement alarm dings. She needs to go work somewhere besides customer service. We will not go back here again. I will literally drive one mile down the road to the other one. And I will tell others not to go here.

Not a very clean location. The young guy worker touched his face multiple times with his Gloves on and then continued to touch my sandwich. Super gross. I’d hate to know what it’d be like if you did a pickup order.

All I'm gonna say about Subway is I freaking love this place bread is fresh and you can get a sub any way you can think of plus its fire and it's filling so is you got a hankering for a great sandwich then subway has everything you need so make sure you tell-em Chad sent ya
I’m always having to wait for my order even if I place pick up 30 minutes ahead and when I get there it’s not even been started. I’m always having the delivery driver steal my sandwich and both subway and DoorDash don’t wanna be responsible even after taking my money. Eat here if wanna lose your money from time to time !!!!!

Heavy set , 40 something woman at lunch today is a sorry excuse for an employee. Nasty , sharp tone with paying customers is really a bad idea. Extremely rude.. I asked for certain ingredients she really skimped on. I heard her snide comment as she walked away. NEVER going back there again.

Was one of the best sandwiches from a Subway we have had.
Walked in at 7:32pm on 22 SEPT 2024. Two employees told me they were closing. Looked online to see why they would close so early. They close at 8pm. They did not answer the phone either. Thanks guys. You have a job and you get paid to do it. So do it! Pretty disappointed in these two young men.
