I hate that they hide the meat/bread making process. Otherwise, I would’ve asked for another bun. I ordered the Italian cheese bread. what I got was a little bitty 6 inch bun with a mountain cheese on top of it.(making the bread hard as a rock.
Throw in the fact that he miss cut the bread
I have never ever gone to Subway and received a crappy sandwich that falls apart.
I will always ask to see the bread in the future before they put anything on it.
And I will make a point not to go back to that particular subway ever again.

First, this location doesn’t accept cash. There is a sign right in front of the register that says tips, tips, tips. Unprofessional employees. Bread and cookies were hard.

Worst subway in Evansville. I'll put in an online order for pickup and 85% of the time I go to pick it up and the employee doesn't know what I'm talking about, or doesn't know how to do that.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. After ordering online the store called and the lady informed me that I needed to cancel my order because they were missing a few things. I said okay what are you missing and maybe we can just choose something else. She responded that they had no vegetables or bread..excuse me what?! I politely told her she could cancel my order and process my refund if they were refusing to make the order. She told me no and that she didn’t know how to do that. I again told her I needed a refund if she wouldn’t be making my order. A man then got on the phone and said just cancel the order we’re not making it. I have tried calling the store back but no one will answer. I have filed a complaint online but still no refund. This was a $70 order.

Don't bother going to this Subway the food was absolutely trash and so was the service!! I definitely agree the higher-ups need to step in this place is way below standards and none of the employees could care less!!

Yelp states it’s open at 8 AM. Their sign on their door says they’re open at 7:30 AM. Went through the drive-through at 8:15 A.m. and had to call the store to get someone to answer me because they were still closed. They say they do not open at 8 AM.

It's literally 10am, all my food was made wrong and looked absolutely pitiful. They should have been ashamed to send that out of the restaurant! Barely any meat on my sandwiches, every item cold to the touch, no sauces on the side or sandwiches. Absolutely disrespectful service! I will never come to this place again. Reporting them to as many places as I can. There's no excuse for the lack of care and effort absolutely shows!

I don’t even know how to rate this place, my boyfriend ate here before baseball practice and when he got home he threw up everything in his stomach and then woke up and threw up again. We think food poisoning!

Parking: The parking lot is empty because there are no customers. This place has really gone to the dogs. I walked in and it smells bad, no one around to wait on you. Finally show up , I told him I wanted cheese bread as brown as possible. Don't have any. Wanted cold cut combo, gave me all bologna, acted like I was bothering them. Manager FINALLY fixed it. If weather had been better I would have went somewhere else.

Walk in and you can smell the bad vegetables or something. No fresh vegetables. Bread is SO flaky! She put old food/ veggies on my sandwich and my kids sandwich. Gave me a good price but I can definitely see why. Employees are sick and cough over food. Never left a bad review, but this place tops it. Higher up management need to step in before someone gets really sick from employees not taking the extra step. I use to work for subway and my old boss wouldn’t let that fly.

Placed an order around 8 o'clock on a Tuesday. Said pickup was around 8:20. We get there around 8:20 and no one is there? The sign on their drive thru window says they're open until 9. It's the next day and I can't even get someone to answer the phone to help me get my refund. So lesson learned, don't order from this location because they'll close whenever they want.
