ordered on doordash and after 30 minutes of them sitting at subway it said that they were closed but i looked online and it says they're open. horrible staff.

My husband and I ordered 2 turkey sandwiches today. 1 turkey titan and 1 with turkey and bacon. My husband picked up the sandwiches and said it was 1 young girl running the store completely by herself. We get home and open my sandwich to find no bacon, fine whatever. My husband opens his turkey titan to find 5 pieces of turkey across his whole sandwich. Turkey titans normally have a decent amount of turkey. We called the store, hoping that we could bring the sandwiches back and get new ones. The young lady answered the phone and my husband asked why there wasn't a lot of turkey on his sandwich. She stated that she hasn't been able to give the proper serving sizes because there's a lot of orders and not enough food for the amount of orders they are getting. To be paying $10+ for a sandwich with 5 pieces of turkey across a whole foot long is absolutely insane. We asked to bring the sandwiches back and for a refund. She stated she cannot give us a refund and can only remake the sandwiches. If she didn't have the resources to make the sandwiches how they are supposed to be the first time, then what is the point of her remaking them? There wasn't even a decent amount to veggies on top of it. We asked to speak to a manager and she said that she was the only one there. There is absolutely no reason for a child to be running a whole store by herself with no manager or help during dinner rush. Terrible food, terrible service and obviously terrible management. If they don't have enough food, they need to remove items from the app. Don't worry, if you want a sandwich with only bread and condiments, this is the subway for you.

If only zero stars was an option, please take the time to drive to another subway. I was in the drive thru and couldn’t tell, but I’m 90% sure that their veggies are so messy that whatever you get there will be other things in it. Also saying you don’t want a chicken sandwich toasted means you will get cold chicken that isn’t re-heated. The staff will also heckle you in the drive thru for tips. Please take the time to find another subway on google maps.

Maybe you should make your hours closes 10 minutes before actual closing time… went out of my way to this location knowing that I wouldn’t make it to another subway location in time to see the employee inside and doors locked before actual closing time…..

I visited your Subway drive-thru was closed. So I want in. There was no one in sight. I looked back there and there are two young girls sitting at a desk eating. I asked if they're open and they said yes. The girl that waited on me was sucking the food off of her fingers as she approached the counter. Never washed her hands. Immediately put on gloves. I work in food safety. this behavior is unacceptabl. Many germs are spread that way and with covid this should definitely be addressed. Thanks

The food was great and the store was very clean. The staff was decent. I asked for a sandwich to be cut in half so I didn't inadvertently get vegetables on my half. I got the lecture about them not doing that usually. She did relent and do it, but wasn't happy about the lecture. Otherwise, it was as good as or slightly better than other subways I have been to.

Worst subway in evansville, hands down. 1 employee was on the phone the entire time and wouldnt even acknowledge me the other one came up and made me the wrong sandwich.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! Subway -- please stop toasting sandwiches with the veggies and sauce on the sandwich. The mayo literally burned my mouth and I had to throw the sandwich away. I stupidly tried to eat here again and now my sandwich has no mean. Seriously???
