Didn't listen to what we were asking, they kept telling us they had to put his food in a bag because they didn't have bowls. But then at the end they stated they had protein bowls, which is what he asked for in the first place. So we ended up just leaving without his food because he was so upset about it.

Why does this store post that it's open at 8am but does not open at all, and to make matters worse you still allow online orders from your subway app and there is no way to request a refund from the subway app. I ordered pickup yesterday and when I got there they were closed and never opened for the day, and again this morning I called and no answer.I will never go to this location again, very unprofessiona

Music was turned up so loud we couldn't hear each other or the worker making our food and we had to shout to be heard. Hurt our ears and the food was light.

Every time I’ve been here the employees have an attitude but I come here because it’s like 2 minutes away from my house. I went yesterday and they tell me they are only doing door dash so I ask one of the employees, I think she may be a manager but I’m not sure but I ask her if I could place it for a pick up through door dash and she said that door dash is only delivery even tho door dash has the pick up option. It just seemed like they didn’t want to work.

Whoever was working today 1/7 must have really hated their job. I had the unfortunate experience of getting quite literally the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway. I requested it toasted - it was not - bread was so soggy and the grilled chicken was ice cold. Just SO much sauce like an amount to where I really do think it was aggressive. Disgusting sandwich and I paid money for that? The Newburgh Subway and Jersey Mikes are much better and I should have known better than to stray. I wish I could add a photo to this post showing how utterly disgusting this sandwich is. Threw it away, waste of money and a waste of food. Editing my review to add did not receive the applesauce or juice from the kids meal.

I got the veggie delight with flatbread.
The sandwich was good but the oil and mayo made the sandwich wet and messy. Still my favorite.

Bathroom out of service.

Phone doesn’t work if you want to call. Small parking lot. Friendly and interactive staff. Quick service. The soda machine area can be cleaner and better organized.

Vegetarian options: The veggie delight is a great option if you don’t want meat. Don’t get the wrap because it will get messy.

I don't know why I keep thinking maybe things will get better here. Music was so loud, you would think it was a party. Guy who helped me was new, but responded promptly when I came in. One other worker was mopping floor in front of fountain machines, which both had out of order signs on them. Took about 10 minutes to get my food. I was first in line. Side door was open which isn't good security. No manager seen on site. Lots of chips were out of stock on rack. I
get my receipt but I must have been charged combo meal although I didn't get any drinks. Subway needs to step up!

Ordered lunch and when it got delivered we didn’t get our 2 drinks, tried to call them 5 times and not one person picked up the phone. Worst Subway I’ve ever had service from by far.

Enjoyed this subway. The staff made me feel like family. As they were making my food, they had me laughing and had a very positive vibe and energy even though their credit card machine was down and they had lots of orders coming in. I'll definitely be going to this one anytime I want to get a great sub I'm Evansville.
