I do not like to give bad reviews on here, however, this needed to be posted.

My boyfriend and I came into this location at roughly 6:30-7pm and we noticed one girl working her butt off behind the counter taking care of orders and so, we waited a bit- no problem. We noticed one teenage boy sitting down to the right of us at a booth and we thought maybe he was a customer. However when the girl started calling for him, we realized he was not customer, but an employee (we then thought he was maybe on break), but the girl was hollering for him 3 or 4 times to help her with getting their closing shift chores taken care of. He got up, went into the hallway and just stood there glaring at my boyfriend, and then came to sit back down at the booth. He then got up, and rang the little bell by the counter.

The poor girl came out and asked him if he rang the bell, and he literally looked at her and said no very defensively. My boyfriend looked at him confused and so we went ahead and ordered our food. I typed out to her on my phone it was not us and that we saw him do it.

I cannot remember the boy's name, but my boyfriend and I were annoyed with that employee's childish behavior and making his coworker do all the work. We both have experiance with customer service; it's no big deal on having to wait on anything. That was completely unacceptable and management needs to take this into account!
My heart goes out to the girl who waited on us. She was very nice, I could tell she was stressed out and I really wanted to give her a hug😢

i got there at 3:30 and i only get 30min for a lunch and i didn’t get my food until 4 o’clock they also didn’t give me the correct sandwich and the meat that they gave me i have a sensitivity to and i’m pretty sure the reason it took so long was bc they forgot about me.

I ordered on the app they called me and told me to cancel, I tried to find a way to but there isn’t on their app so I called beck and the lady gave me an attitude and said she doesn’t know how to, so I drove to the store to see if anyone knew how to asked if she had a manager who might know she said she was the manager proceeded to give me an attitude but I’m trying to be calm, she refused me a refund and wouldn’t give me a number to call to ask how to get a refund through the app and now I’m out a lunch break at work and $25

First and last time I will ever come to the subway, it is a freestanding subway not inside a gas station. I have never had any free standing subway not accept coupons. And guess what you find that out after your sandwich is made and then you're stuck paying the full price. We came because we had coupons and then they didn't take them. Crappy. Then we had a gift card with a receipt of its activation and they couldn't get it to work. And did really nothing at all to try to help us so then got stuck not using the gift card. Not good customer service.

It’s a shame that a Saturday night and they only scheduled ONE employee. I ordered ahead but still waited 20 min for my sandwiches. I felt really bad for the employee. Shame on management!

Employees are rude. Sat in the drive thru for 5+ minutes at the orfer board with no response and finally got mad and pulled up to the window. Where the employee proceeded to yell “drive thru is out of order you’re gonna have to come inside.” It’s not what you say but HOW you say it. Learn some respect, and if the drive thru is gonna be “out of order” maybe put a sign on the menu saying that so customers don’t waste their time.

This place has 1 worker. The place is dirty everywhere! We got served old cheese and rotten spinach. There was no ice and the drinks were hot. I could go on but I have things to do. I won't be back at this location.

My favorite is the artesian wrap, with chicken onion teriyaki, unless I get roast beef on it. It was disgusting and went too late to take it back for the right thing. I was probably the last customer and also ordered another sandwich with chicken on it, it looked rather pathetic also. My sandwich was supposed to be toasted but was totally cold, totally not ordering from there again. Atleast not the same location. My receipt was right, $30 for 3 sandwiches is crazy, but one inedible is not cool!

The manager forgot to put something I ask for on the sandwich that I ordered and paid for. I did not notice the mistake until after I got home. I tried to call soon as i open my sandwich but could not get an answer. I tried off and on for a whole week until finally I got to speak to her. First thing she said is I can't give you any money back and I said I didn't want any money back . Then she went on to say that just because some thing like lettuce was left off the sandwich since i didn't pay extra for lettuce it shouldn't matter. I stated the principal of the thing that i did not get what i ask for and paid for. I said having lettuce on my sandwich was important to me Then she said...I am not going to give you another sandwich and hung up on me. N hangs up on people?ever an apology or even showed she care about how I felt. Poor customer service. She mad the mistake, yet she did not take ownership of it and what manager hangs upon customers especially when the customer is being respectable towards them?
