I usually always get good service here workers are nice and food always warm but last time I got the deluxe box swapped chk for ground beef still got chk today I got a crunch wrap with ground beef no lettuce I was given the cheez-it crunch wrap with beans no beef whatsoever, thought maybe I made a mistake till I checked receipt and sure enough I ordered correctly it was during lunch so maybe they were a bit busy and mixed up order but itās twice in a row Iām pregnant and when I order a craving and if I donāt get it I get so nauseous ?ā?

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband was there getting us food. The lazy worker there was complaining OUT LOUD "there's two taco bells on the west side why this one?!" "I'm the only one back here why is everybody coming to this taco bell?!" He said he heard his name TWICE. This place is unprofessional and you do not talk about customers when they are standing at the counter. Another employee stated that my husband can hear her, but she snapped back stating she didn't care and continued to complain.
EDIT TO ADD: They didn't even get our order correct.

Quick menu hack. Start with chicken items, i.e. the chicken flat bread from value menu. Next, swap the chicken for steak. The flat bread, and most items, if it is a charge, it is only $0.20. The cantina menu, it is free to swap from chicken to steak. Most ground beef items, it is a $1.40 to swap to steak, however any chicken items this seems to work with.
