I love that they use AI to take your order here! It's very interesting to see how accurate the ordering is. I have yet to get a wrong order from this location and the staff are amazing.

Went in the drive thru, ordered the following.
(2) Doritos tacos meals
(1) chicken chalupa meal
(1) chicken dipping burritos
(1) nacho fry
One Doritos tacos meals meal was made completely wrong.
Chicken dipping burritos were made with steak
Chicken chalupa meal was so stale it felt like a hard shell taco
Was charged for 3 extra cheese sauce
I called the restaurant like the flyer they put in the bag says to do “Didn’t get your order right? Call,text, or scan the QR code and let us know”
Dude was beyond rude and said to come to the store so he could fix it. I was already apprehensive about going by the way he was talking on the phone. I go in and explain again what all was wrong. He hands me back $1.65 and says ok there you go and walks away. I stand there confused and ask one of the other people working to get the manager again. He walks back over and says “ what else you want me to do for you I gave you money back”
I just turned around and walked out because obviously nothing else was going to be accomplished by talking to him.
$47 wasted. For sure will not return

You buy taco's they decide what they put on it or whatever you get I paid for burritos supreme got home had two bean burritos.. and don't even get me started with the hot sauce packets get 20 taco's six sauces... and since I'm talking... help the students... what students? Been there twice in one day do I want to round up to help the students everytime 🤔 I looked it up can't find anything but who cares if you at least get what you paid for... now I drive all the way across town.. when it's taco night 🌙
Some of the worst food I have ever hade got home, and I only live 5 minutes away it was all cold and hard and I waited over 15 minutes for my food 4 other people got there food before me and I ordered first and had the smallest order there all together I am very pissed off and will not be going back and very rude. Also not to top is all off it all smelled old

This is my favorite taco bell. But as of two weeks ago the orders have been wrong and made poorly. :( i reckon it's just someone new still training.

Every time I get delivery, it comes from this location...and everytime it sucks. Either half of the food for my kids is missing or they've put the wrong items that my kids won't eat.

Went to go see Moana 2. The staff was funny and had a great time. prices for tickets wasn't bad at all for 2024. Very clean and had a awesome time guys. Definitely go watch some movies

I had not done business with taco bell in years but my brother in a nursing home wanted burritos so I stopped by their location on 1st avenue and ordered 4 basic burritos and went to the nursing home to deliver the burritos to my brother and ate one on the way.
After I arrived at the nursing home I discovered only two pies in the bag ,I called the taco bell immediately and spoke with April and told her what happened.
As I was several miles away from taco bell I told her I would be there later to pick up the correct order .
I asked for April and she was immediately confrontational and asked what I had ordered,I responded "four of the cheapest burritos her response shocked me as she said" you don't know what you ordered ?" I went to the keosk and told her what I had ordered and as I was waiting a young lady asked me if I wanted a drink so I said sure and filled the cup she supplied and returned to the counter as April handed the 4 burritos while asking me if I had asked for the cup 🍵 I told her no she exploded yelling at the young lady saying "don't give these cups away I have to pay for them" .
It was a shameful display to say the least , She said "I will do this for free this time " implying I was lying or scamming her somehow .
I am retired and was in business for myself most of my life and based on my life experience this was not only a display of unprofessionalism but just plain rude and abusive
Needless to say it will be many years before I do business with taco Bell again

I went through drive thru, and when I got home, the tacos had no meat, no cheese, and all lettuce. Called to let them know that whoever is working, isn’t doing orders correctly and I got hung up on. Never again.
