Not that you expect a five star dining experience at a Taco Bell it shouldn’t be that you receive little to no customer service. I realize they now have you use the instore kiosk to order but the very least they can do is acknowledge you when you go up to receive your order. While the service was ho hum, at least the taco’s were good. Try the cinnamon balls as they are delicious.

Not impressed. I came in today to pick up a door dash order. I was there for 15 minutes and was not even acknowledged until the door dash order was ready. Unacceptable. Will not return

I came through the drive thru on my lunch break to order my coworker and I food. The first lady taking my order was an absolute blessing. Super sweet and great customer service. There was a second individual who chimed in that was rude as can be, horrible tone, disrespectful and all made the experience rough. She changed my order after confirming my order was correct, pushed my bag of food into my hand and when I confronted her about the change made to my order she got very upset and defensive.
On the plus side, although the manager was RUDE and made the DT experience rough, the food was made right and fresh

Tonight me and my family was hungry thought maybe taco bell would be an easy dinner. First the girl was rude as we were trying to order our food. Constantly asking is that all… Then she started giving an attitude as we kept ordering food. Mind you we are ordering for a family of 10. 7 of us just got off of work. Any how if it wasn’t for the other lady I would’ve been as rude as her and just leave with out paying $118. This is not the first time we had a bad experience. This was the second time for me. But tonight the crunch wraps were horrible. It was not crunchy at all just soggy. It didn’t even have meat in it. It’s just a horrible experience with that place. We don’t drive back once we all get home because it’s not close. So anyway I hope they work on their employees crappy attitude and making sure they make peoples orders correctly. I don’t plan to go there anytime soon in hopes that the service gets better.

Just got lunch today, the woman over the speaker was so incredibly nice and the rest of the employees were awesome. Really love this location. I don’t know what’s changed recently but it’s the best Taco Bell in evansville.
