How do you go from the best Taco Bell in the city to the absolute worst , I’ve worked for Taco Bell before and there’s no way we would’ve ever served what my family was served tonight ..not to mention they completely messed up our order …
The chalupas are so hard it could quite literally break a tooth if not a couple .. all the food is cold the only thing warm is the cheese sauce & then they didn’t even get my order correct , it’s so sad that we can’t even order to go or on the go without having to worry about a simple task of reading a screen and making sure the order is correct & then when we pull around to correct it we’re told “ they’re not taking any more orders at this time “ all while our order is completely messed up & absolutely disgusting !!! & then of course if you try to call you get no answer, completely ashamed that I even spent the money on this meal .. taco John’s would never !!!

Food was horrible!!! Not to mention i tried calling 4 times to see if I could bring food back tomorrow with receipt to get my money back n they would not answer phone. This place needs to be shut down.

Crazyman Stan

​Usually this location is the gold standard for Taco Bell in Evansville, but tonight was a major disappointment. My chalupa was rock hard like it had been sitting out for hours. They also left the Chicken Avocado Ranch Stacker on the grill too long so it fell apart. It had no flavor and the lettuce was wilty. Nothing is worse than having wilted lettuce. Taco Bell is not cheap anymore so you would think the quality would be better.

​To top it off, I had to wait in the drive-thru for over 8 minutes and the person wiring the window didn't even acknowledge me or tell me there would be a wait, they just stood at the window looking away like i couldn't see them. I guess they were cooking the new churros, so I guess at least I got one thing fresh.
