Food is pretty good for what it is, a quick serve at a casino.... they have a pretty good selection for breakfast, the burrito is good, just make sure you ask for a couple of salsa cups cause they dont offer them to you. Everything is overpriced but what do you expect? I always use comps so its a great price ? Lunch and dinner menu is decent as well. Potato soup is good, side salads are good, Supreme pizza is good and so is the lucky chili dog. Cheesecake isnt nearly as good as what they charge for it. Been here several times, The employees there are NEVER friendly. Place could be cleaner. And maybe it's just me but the chairs look like toilet seats ?
Ordered off the late night menu, chili hotdog, there were out of chili so ordered a hotdog with nacho cheese and jalapeños (which was on the menu). Was given a hotdog with cold shredded cheese and cold jalapeños. Not what I ordered. Was told I had to pay extra based off their mistake. So un professional. Manager even heard me order nachos cheese. Ver y disrespectful and and not customer friendly. Something needs to change with the service at this “restaurant”.

Storm comes through Evansville knocks the power out for a lot of residents. We come to stay and play at your casino. You close down early when your posted to be open until 11:00pm I can understand 10:45pm but 9:30 unacceptable. Poor decision!!!

Love coming there and having the hot ham and cheese, delicious! But they no longer offer a pickle with it. You have to have a pickle with hot ham and cheese! The customer service is failing. For me to be diamond Plus at your casino, and this is one of my perks, you're failing.
