The place is filthy, the employees are rude. (630 pm thursday aug28th) online orders were shut down super early so I drove up to the drive thru 3 times not acknowledged , no sign and two employees were leaning up against the window ignoring cars driving off like they did when i went inside 2 days ago and stood at the register till i got the hint and left. I asked for the owners phone number and they said they can't give it to me smh. avoid this busnesd at all cost!

I think it's time to invest in the robots. This place used to be good but after a while I stopped eating here because the flatbreads always had half frozen meat. So I stuck to the smoothies. Even though in a empty building they are slower than sloths because you have to wait for for the staff to stop texting and make your smoothie. I go today and you got one guy in there fighting for his life trying to stay afloat because nobody else showed up. He is having to turn away people because he can't keep up. My advice fire everyone but him,
give him a raise and have him watch over some robot arms because the rest of the staff don't care and are bringing this place down.

Every single time I visit this place the staff treats people worse and worse. This morning it felt like I was interrupting a funeral. On top of the employees not even wanting to look your way, making sub par food, and treating you like you are an invader in their home they now also treat you like you are an idiot. I'm not sure how this place is still open after reading the other reviews. At this point maybe they should just embrace horrible customer service and start throwing dinner rolls at people who walk in. At least then it would be entertaining.

Smoothies are always good. Ordered a wrap for the first time and was pleasantly surprised it was really good!

My Husband and I Door dash and when we dash here the employees are very rude and don’t speak ever!!

The smoothies are great if the person making them fully blends them. The food is generally ok, but today I got the worst turkey bacon club ever. It had two of the smallest thinnest pieces of bacon I could ever imagine on it. The small corn container was maybe one third of the way full. They forgot a spoon and gave me one napkin. Good thing I decided to eat it here after I grabbed it out of the cubby or I would have had to come back. This meal is over $16 dollars and the items are not complicated. They want tips as well but I stopped tipping because of the very bad service and reactions from the employees when you ask anything. This should not happen. They are not busy. They atmosphere is ridiculous with excessively loud rap music being played by one of the employees with the rest hollering at it. I think I'm done with this place if they can't hire better help. Two people from drive thru came in during the 15 minutes it took me to eat my food because their drive-thru items were incorrect, which is also why I no longer use the drive-thru. I would tell you what the mistake was but I couldn't hear over the employees laughing and yelling from the back extremely loudly. I've had multiple bad experiences here in the past few months that I did not give a review on, hoping it would get better and that they were rare. Nope, its just how this place is now. What a sham. I eat here once or twice every week. Someone let me know if anyone intervenes and improves this place.

The food was good however the service horrible!! We received our smoothies and thanked the lady. Her remark was yea and continued to get on her phone. Trash overflowing. Place is dirty.

Went in to get lunch saw a mouse and a few roaches behind the counter in the back while I left without another spending anything not to mention the staff were very rude and didn't seem like they dont wanna be there, my first and last time in this place

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of accountability and customer service I experienced with your store. When my delivery driver was ARRESTED during delivery - a situation completely beyond my control - your staff showed zero empathy and refused to take any responsibility whatsoever.
Not only did I not receive my food, but your employees were dismissive, unprofessional, and flat-out refused to either refund my money OR prepare a replacement order. This is outrageous - I paid for food I never received due to circumstances entirely outside of my control.
Even after DoorDash support personally called your store and explicitly explained that refunding orders placed through the Tropical app is YOUR responsibility as the merchant, your staff had the audacity to tell them “they couldn’t help.” This is either gross incompetence or willful negligence.
Your management training is clearly non-existent. Your employees don’t understand basic customer service principles, company policies, or how to handle extraordinary circumstances with even a shred of professionalism. The fact that they would leave a paying customer hanging after such an unusual situation speaks volumes about the toxic culture at your establishment.
I expect immediate resolution of this matter, including a full refund AND appropriate training for your staff on how to treat customers with basic human decency. This experience has been nothing short of disgraceful.
