I love the smoothies as long as they’re blended correctly! I just wish some of the staff were more friendly. They barely even acknowledge your prescience and it feels as if your an inconvenience. 😬 Also the music was so loud today I could hear it from outside of the building when I pulled up. Over stimulating for sure.

Unfortunately, no stars is an option. Service is incredibly slow. If you have lack of workers, you shod have quicker workers to makeup the difference. Waited at drive thru window for 25 minutes and had unfortunately paid. Lesson learned don't go here or go inside and ask for money back.

Place has gone downhill significantly. Afternoon staff usually hits the mark. Nighttime staff seem incapable of blending a smoothie or getting the correct ingredients in the cup

Waited over 54 minutes for an app order. So many people walked out. I already paid for 2 smoothies and a wrap, no eye contact or acknowledgement from 3 employees.this was 12:15 pm 10/26/25. Smoothies were undrinkable. Owners you are losing money on wasted ingredients, too many ingredients and lost business walking out. I love the food but the service is not worth an hour of my time.

First impression is the smoky smell, it burns your eyes the moment you walk in. The floors were dirty, the ceilings were very dusty around the vents, even the security cameras were filthy & the light bulbs were all different colors (the ones that were working anyway, several were blown)
The place to form a line is right in everyone’s way, the staff seemed unhappy to see customers. The staff also whispered your name when your order was ready, with blenders running?!? My order was given to the wrong person because of poor communication from the staff. I waited 13 minutes for a smoothie only. The smoothie its self was not bad, could’ve been blended longer.
I won’t return.

I had my food delivered and it took the store over an hour just to make it, no apologies or anything, and received my food and smoothie to a melted mess of a smoothie, and the wraps were poorly wrapped, falling apart as i opened the paper. do better

I always order the açaí bowl with Nutella, and every time, they don't put it in, even though I paid for it. This is ridiculous. If you're going to charge a customer for something, then do your job. This has happened many times, and it's completely unacceptable.

Got my all time favorite smoothie, Cranberry Truffle 🥰 was delicious and service was great! Only downside was the drive thru was closed so had to go inside but totally worth it!

Drive through has been closed for weeks. Didn't have time to go inside and wait in line. Lost customer. Last time i entered the building there was no line and still waited 5 minutes to even get acknowledged. Will not be going bac.

The place is filthy, the employees are rude. (630 pm thursday aug28th) online orders were shut down super early so I drove up to the drive thru 3 times not acknowledged , no sign and two employees were leaning up against the window ignoring cars driving off like they did when i went inside 2 days ago and stood at the register till i got the hint and left. I asked for the owners phone number and they said they can't give it to me smh. avoid this busnesd at all cost!

I think it's time to invest in the robots. This place used to be good but after a while I stopped eating here because the flatbreads always had half frozen meat. So I stuck to the smoothies. Even though in a empty building they are slower than sloths because you have to wait for for the staff to stop texting and make your smoothie. I go today and you got one guy in there fighting for his life trying to stay afloat because nobody else showed up. He is having to turn away people because he can't keep up. My advice fire everyone but him,
give him a raise and have him watch over some robot arms because the rest of the staff don't care and are bringing this place down.
