When I order pizza, this is my go to place. Local and close to home. I had a bit of an abnormally long hold time, but it's understandable on a Friday night before snowmegedon. The hold time didn't bother me, however the hold music did (longggg hold).
It was erie, and soothing at the same time. Up until the bell like Melody cracks and screeches. I jokingly told the server I had a complaint about the hold music. She went and got the manager, we joked about it and the manager let me pick the new hold music!! What a time to be alive! I took home delicious pizza, the best strom in town, and got to pick the hold music? It's a good night.
As a licensed journeyman plumber Its my professional opinion those two ladies get promoted above peers, a weeks paid vacation, and a raise.

The service was great. The pizza was subpar and the Salad Bar lettuce wasn’t fresh. It’s been a while since a salad bar has tore me up when I got home, but it sure did a number on me tonight. If I return, definitely will not be getting a salad/salad bar.

My brother and sister in law were recently in town from Colorado. We needed a place to eat on the north side. I remembered a friend saying they liked the Twisted Tomato. My brother ordered a Stromboli my sister in law and I ordered a sub with chicken and ranch. Both sandwiches were awesome and the staff was very friendly. The next evening we ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery. It was great!!

Twisted tomato is a true gem of a restaurant tucked away by the Melody hill subdivisions. We have so many choices for great food in Evansville and we always want the twisted tomato! From their loaded baked potatoes to their hot sandwiches and their pizza’s it is a tough choice of what to get from there! Everything is homemade and oh so yummy. We love their pizza sauce and crust. They have the best Stromboli sandwiches in town! The staff inside the restaurant and the delivery staff are all very friendly and we know them by their first name. One of the delivery drivers even brings treats for our dogs! If you haven’t tried the twisted tomato you are missing out. Give them a shot tonight to give you a great dinner experience! You won’t regret it!

Freshly renovated, with new ovens. Kinda bummed they don’t serve tea anymore and they don’t have any Diabetic options besides water. Pizza was awesome. Had pepperoni and crumble sausage it was awesome.

We've started frequenting here recently and have been extremely pleased with the quality and taste of everything we've have had. Friendly people and nice atmosphere. Nice place for 2 to 10. We'll continue to frequent here and spend time with family.

The Diablo Stromboli is one of the absolute BEST that I have ever had. I am 72 years old and love hot and spicy food. It's not for everyone. If you like it hot, then try it. If you want something more normal, they have those too. We've been eating here since opening day, and have tried almost everything on the menu. It's all good. Don't forget the salad bar. (nice variety) and for that sweet tooth and kiddos, there is always the ice cream sundae bar.
