Worst service I have had at a Wendy's, ever. Tea looked and tasted like someone glanced at a tea bag while filling a pitcher of water. More water than tea. I asked the drive through attendant for hot seasoning for the chili and was told "it's all in the bag" as she sut the window in my face and walked away. Unfortunately, when I got back to work to eat, no hot seasoning. I left a review at feedback site on the receipt and asked them to contact me. I guess they don't care about customers there either. I wish I had a 0 star option. Go somewhere else.

One fryer was down and was asked to wait for my order. The server was great and the manager gave us a complimentary lemonade. Great service!

AWFUL!!! went through the drive thru on my 30 minute break and i believe i spent 25 waiting for it to come out. I thought they forgot about me. Another customer was waiting a lot longer than me and had to go in and get it. The staff was rude as one of their employees yelled the B word at someone. When walking out. The food is also not very well done. I think I could run the building better. Instead of getting food i felt like I got $16 of trash. I will definitely be calling upper management.

Got here only 2 drinks to choose from soda machine not draining almost running over. Floor wet slipping hazard! Had to ask for straws and ketchup both containers out .

I spent $20 for the following: Extremely slow service, cold food, greasy and cold fries. 9pm Friday night crew needs more training and taught self pride in their work! Through the drive through window, I could see filthy floors, empty drink cup holders, one person making himself look busy, while the guy, taking orders, walking around doing nothing productive except talking to someone in the kitchen then complaining to someone in authority that he was overwhelmed. It was a sad sight seeing our youth be so freaking lazy!

Give this place zero stars if I could. Employees don't know how to use their own computer systems. Also, lack of employees is a problem. Manager thinks she knows everything. I don't even work there and I could get people through your lines faster than you could.

Multiple visits in the last few months to this location because it's close but every time the dining area is a wreck and/or they are out of multiple items. This visit is no exception. Dining room was not stocked and we were 2 of 4 customers there. Zero excuses for this. It was not very clean either. I miss when this location was well run. The past 3-5 months it's awful

We ordered 3 sandwiches, a piece spicy chicken nuggets with ranch, and small fries at drive thru. Pulled away, I checked bag only had 2 sandwiches. So we pulled into a parking space, my boyfriend went in they immediately handed him his sandwich. Upon further inspection of our food, fries were ice cold as well as the nuggets and tasted like they had sat there for quite a long time. And you guessed it, no ranch! Or napkins. I should have known it was not going to go well when while we were waiting for our food the guy AT the front counter was hunching air! Good Lord, really!

So they say fryer is down ok I can understand that I have worked at a Wendy's in the past. But when I ask if you can supstsubstfrys for a baked potato and you say no the fryer is down. So no potato's bacon or have a salad because the fryer is down, I've never made a baked potato in a deep fryer absolutely rude and hateful and a she was fat so she probably ate all the bacon potato's a f I doubt she touched the lettus. Freaking pig but she looked more like a wild hog

This was an absolute disaster. I came in with my boyfriend and we were at the front of the line was there standing not greeted. Then some guy told me itd be just a second. Well after starting to take my order an older, short, heavy set ,African American guy made the guy stop taking my order and give a counter order their food. Then when he came back he was yelling at the cashier to stop taking my order and to get over there( yelled at the young guy very rudely) and stop taking counter orders. How freaking rude. Will never go there again
Shouldn’t be called fast food.. I sat in line waiting to order for 20 minutes then sat and waited for my food for 10 at the window!! Staff inside wasn’t taking orders at the drive thru but walking inside not doing anything! Then had to proceed to pull forward to wait once again on my food. Spent about 45 mins getting food on what was supposed to be a fast stop. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to for sure

Tool granddaughter nuggets were over cooked yet cold frys and sandwiches. An employee erupted screaming in back and upset not only my 18 month granddaughter but freaked out my Autistic daughter.
