Hands down on friendly service. Like they are a great bunch of very young adults. Who over whelm you with the greats their. To nice they have me coming back. The problem their is their lack of care for what you order is your way. My last 5 orders where wrong, even hard buns. The burger I got was not what I ordered. A nother time , I ordered ....bacon double stack with onions and pickle only. Well that is what I got..a double with onion and pickle only. No cheese, no bacon. I got what I asked for but it was on a double stack with bacon, cheese. They didn't get it. I didn't get it. I go back because this place is next to my work. Or I wouldn't. 5 orders In a row we're wrong. The kids are having to much fun their. They are very friendly. They will even say hi when their in the parking lot.

Service is horrible at this location. I got a breakfast sandwich this morning and it was cold! The food is always mediocre there. The place is filthy on the outside! The window at the drive-thru is so dirty and nasty that you cannot see through it. Makes you wonder what it is like on the inside!

Blonde haired window attendant was rude they have on the menu that they have biggie deals for breakfast she insisted they didn’t and when I got to the window and told her after I had to make another order she said oh he said he’ll go out and look at it late and closed the window in my face while I was still trying to talk and ask about the food she even had the older woman worker to hand me my food because she seeming like she had a bad attitude that’s definitely not professional when serving customers food I’m a regular customer who works nearby and has seen different workers over the last 8 months and this is the first bad experience I’ve had

Waited 20-25 minutes for a Frosty that was never prepared. While I was refunded was never given an apology or offered an alternative option. We should have heeded the warning signs of other customers voicing poor service complaints. This is not a recommended location! I can't offer a star for service or atmosphere.

The cheese on my burger wasn’t burger cheese, it was another type of cheese in the shredded variant with little at that. Outside of that, they didn’t give me my other fry I ordered, and it was 30$ for 2 people. Avoid this location, go to the first avenue one.

Seems like over the last few months the service her, especially noticed at busy time is very poor, specifically slow /disorganized. I will say several of the ladies that work here are kind. As we see a lot with such establishments good organization and leadership is required to create efficiently. I simply can't return if I see more than a few others customers as the service is simply too slow.

It's a smaller location, the service is friendly and fast. I had their new queso fries and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. The food was good.

This is the third time In a row I’ve come through drive through and the order has been incorrect. I only eat one sandwich from this place, and it’s the only meal/sandwich that I eat all day when I come.Please get it together.

I don’t typicallly leave reviews but I was very disappointed today. I used the Wendy’s mobile app to place a large order. I arrived and my order was not ready which was fine. I waited. While waiting I watched the manager on duty treat his employees poorly and watched him throw part of what I ordered away and complain that they forgot to put the food in a mobile order. Finally he asked what I was waiting on and I told him my name. he dismissed me and said they never got my order. I explained that I would be happy to show him my receipt. He didn’t offer to make my food and I then asked how I would get refunded. He said I wouldn’t be charged since I didn’t pick it up.he wouldn’t assist me because he has nothing to do with the app. I would have loved to of had my order instead of a refund. But instead I was just a nuisance. So now I have to figure out how to make sure my $50 gets back to me. It was just terrible customer service

Quick and friendly staff! Ordered French toast sticks that were ok. But also ordered 2 honey buttered biscuits and 2 sides of gravy. That is definitely going on my favorites ? honey butter biscuits and gravy!!! A must try!
